I have four messages stuck in my outbox, which is invisible and inaccessible. When I followed the advice to go off line and send myself an email so the outbox would become visible, it didn't work, and all the other boxes -- sent mail, junk mail, drafts -- disappeared. I'm using Outlook 2011 for Mac, 14.4.2. PLEASE HELP! I can receive mail but not send because of the stuck messages in the hiding outbox.
Why does "Accounts" not appear under the tools button in Outlook:mac 2011?
One forum member suggested going offline, sending a message, and said then hidden Outbox would become visible. It didn't. Now ALL boxes -- sent mail, drafts, etc., are no longer listed, even when I go back on line. There are four messages now stuck in an outbox I can't find. Am using Outlook 2011 14.2.4 on a Mac. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi all,  I had before a problem with my address book and it was showing mydomain.onmicrosoft.com and most of my users had their autocomplete list in Outlook containing some emails with this domain.
After the problem was solved and my address book was successfully updated to mydomain.com ,I was able to clear the autocomplete for all my users using Outlook 2010 on Windows.
But I have 2 users using Outlook 2011 on Mac (which i am not very familiar with) and their autocomplete still show the users with mydomain.onmicrosoft.com and I would like to clear it , how can this be accomplished?

When I click send/receive emails error message comes up ( 5.7.1 q9QGnNaT028273 This message does not comply with the required standards). I am receiving emails and people are receiving my emails - so what does this mean and how can I stop the message from popping up each time I click send/receive?
This is getting to be a nuisance...even more than an embarrassment.
Here's what goes from my Mac to other PC staff members...without my knowledge.

Thanks for anything you can doŠI hope he will
I'm out of hereŠI'll watch for
On my way outŠanything else you need?
CongratulationsŠglad to hear it was a success...

I think I have been using ... in this area (I'm not a big hyphen fan), but I never know it's happened until someone tells me.

I am working on a Mac Pro (new this year) and Outlook for Mac 2011 v 14.1.1

I also access my emails through Outlook Exchange...I'm not sure if it happens remotely, but there must be a fix!

I am using English exchange to connect to a korean exchange server.  When I get an email the from and to fields show as korean.  I have tried adding them to my local address book to see if I can force it to show english but that does not work.  Is there a setting somewhere I am missing that will force this to happen?

IT does not appear to be exchange.  If I get an email using apple mail or mailmate it shows as korean unless they are in my address book.  Outlook doesnt appear to do this.
