I recently installed Office Mac 2011 14.3.2. Outlook Inbox downloads files but stops updating. I tried clearing the cache, re-installing etc. but nothing seems to work. Is there a resolution to this problem? PLEASE HELP

I'm trying to run an AppleScript by Ed Asmus for office Outlook 2011 for Mac and then having problems. The reason I'm trying to run the AppleScript is to remove duplicate and sometimes triplicate copies of contacts. When I run the AppleScript I get the
following error message
My questions are:
1. How do identify what I am assuming to be the problem contact under the ID "5578"?
2. Can I manually remove this problem contact ID?
3. where did these duplicate contacts come from?
4. how do I prevent them from returning?
Thank in advance for any assisttance
I have MAC Mountain Lion.
I've read all about syncing and it's problems. I was under the impression that if I pay for a subscription to Office365 Home Premium that Microsoft is providing me with an email account and calendar under Outlook. I was told I can pick IMAP or POP when
I signed up but it wasn't made clear to me that I would be using my Apple iCloud account.
I have 2 Android Devices, 2 Apple Devices and my iMAC. I was going to use my Office365 to sync to those devices with Microsoft Outlook. The plan was to move away from iCloud. Did I sign up with the wrong understanding? Is there no server that is going to provide me with a Microsoft Account that will sync with all my devices?
Thank you whomever takes the time to get this straight for me.

Hi I have a problem with my Outlook in book, I originally set up a gmail email account which works fine. When I set up a second account for my consulting business, the incoming email arrive and then disappear. How do I fix this?
Our security policy is such that all of our accounts require the Active Directory account setting "Smart Card is Required for Interactive Logon". Also, any Web Server port open to the Internet must require client certificate authentication (this includes
the Exchange EWS virtual directory). I can successfully connect Outlook 2011 to the Exchange server by choosing Kerberos as the authentication method as well as specifying my client certificate under the "Certificate authentication" section of the Accounts
-> Advanced -> Security tab in Outlook 2011.
However, when working remotely, the Kerberos ticket expires and users are unable to connect to Exchange. When they bring their Macs back to the local network, they are able to get a new ticket and connect Outlook again.
Is there a way to configure Outlook 2011 to use client certificate authentication only? Any other way to get Outlook 2011 to connect to Exchange remotely when the "Smart Card is Required for Interactive Logon" setting is enabled?
Thank you for any help you can provide.
Similar to the problem discussed here for an older version, my Inbox is not getting email.

The messages roll right in on iPad and iPhone, and spam seems to hit the spam box just fine, but the Inbox isn't working properly. I can hit send/receive and refresh the box by clicking on another folder and back to it. I get the message that "All Folders are Up to Date." But they're not.
It appears to be just one Inbox folder for one account, and not for the multiple accounts I monitor through Outlook. I've read other places about refreshing the cache on a particular folder but don't know how to do that.
If I relaunch Outlook, I am virtually certain that I'll get all of the messages.
Any ideas for this? Thank you!
