I have imported two .pst files to my MAC.  Now, I wish to delete them, as they are taking up way too much space.  How can I do this?

I have just installed 2011 office for mac, but i cant find the request a read reciept command. Can anyone help me please?
When I export my Outlook contacts specifying a specific category it shows up as a text file? I want to export my contacts by category to get a usable report format. What is the easiest method. I have the latest OS Mountain Lion on my iMac.
I tried the settings from the previous thread and they didn't work. I am getting an error saying Outlook cannot find the server. I don't have this issue in the Windows version of Outlook with the same settings.
I was transferring my emails from Apple mail to Ms outlook 2011 usiing imap account.
Using that I came to a conclusion that its very hectic transferring all those thousands of mails including the mail boxes.
Also the folder hierarchy is dsturbed.

I need a solution that can easily migrate all my mails fron apple mail to outlook 2011 saving the folder hierarchy.
Thank you
If i select a group of emails and transfer them to folders created for projects in my Exchange account they often loose their date and acquire a new one (maybe the transfer date).  This means that i can't track when they were sent / received and this is important for both finding them again and determining when they were sent. Others in the office are using Outlook Windows with no problem. Is anyone else having this problem?  Is there a way of fixing it to restore the correct dates and ensure it stops ocurring?
I'm on my corporate outlook and want to send FROM a d.list that i'm a part of. Is this possible? Or does it need to be converted into a regular (shared) email account?
After composing an email in MS Outlook 2011 for Mac on my Macbook Pro, the email format looks fine, but when it's sent to recipient (& bcc to myself) the Fonts have been changed & become HUGE & all over the place - some words are MASSIVE SIZE, others have been reduced & LINE SPACING has either disappeared or is 3 or 4 lines between line - where only 1 was created - IT'S A SHAMBLES.
I have tried copying email (after composing, but before sending) into Text Edit + re-formatting Line Spacing there, but in the process all underlining disappears + horizontal tabs & word spacings are also altered 'randomly' (but it's a bit better than sending un-amended email).
All text is then copied back into original email (to replace original text), but even this 'revised text from Text Edit' still has line spacing glitches + tabs etc - so has to be slightly re-formatted again before sending.
Outcome, however, is still not stable & often - when recipients reply - you can see (on email stream attached) that my outgoing email was still a mess + all over the place - with Font Sizes, Line Spacings + Tabs etc STILL NOT AS COMPOSED.
So making the efforts of copying into Text Edit a complete waste of time - but I have to try something.
IN OTHER WORDS MY EMAILS LOOK "RUBBISH" - CREATING A VERY BAD IMPRESSION (ALL MY CUSTOMERS ARE IN S.E. ASIA/ BRAZIL/ M. EAST) - SO THEY'D PREFER CLEAR MESSAGES!
From comments on-line I know I'm not alone in having this problem
It makes emails look like a joke + very un-professional - almost unreadable
Help please as it's happening on all emails.

Hi there,

I've noticed a strange behavior on the signatures. When I want to insert the signatures automatically (default account signature) Outlook somehow inserts a new line or better said a type of wrapper <div> at the beginning with a height of a new line. It even occurs on the learning video with a plain text example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_1jEy4vGyU (compare 2:16 vs. 2:55)

Inserting the signature manually doesn't insert any new line.

My main problem is, that this thing doesen't use the same styling I've defined and from the subject field you're only a tab key away writing a messed up message.  Any idea how to fix this issue?

Cheers,

Dom
