We have a user that needs to automatically archive old emails from their Inbox to another folder within the OWA. There is a way to create a rule using the 'New Inbox Rule' but that doesn't include the option to archive messages older than XX days. Is there anyway to do this? We do not want to automatically archive out inbox to local files on the user's machine.

Thanks,

Evan

Hi, i would like to set up an iCloud email address in Outlook 2011 (14.2.5) but i don't want iCloud to sync to Outlook address book and calendars.
Is there a way i can do that?

Thanx

I could do this in Outlook for Windows. How can I do this in Outlook for Mac 2011?
I reloaded Office for Mac 2011 and my BCC line has disappeared.  Any suggestions?

I updated my Outlook 2011 to Version 14.3.6 on July 22.  Since then, I have had application freeze issues on a daily basis.  I have to force quit the application and then restart.  Things work fine for a while and then I'll either get extreme performance degradation - takes 20-30 seconds for each letter I type to appear on the screen - or an all out freeze.  This happens 3-7 times over the course of a typical work day.

I have had this issue in the past but not for the last two or three version upgrades.  A colleague using a similar vintage MacBook Air (OS 10.8.4 / 1.8 GHz / 4 GB memory) has had similar issues.

Compare to some of the other posts I've seen, this seems version specific.  Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?  Uninstall/reinstall?

Thanks for your advice,

Jeff

I have a customer with an Office365 Small Business Premium subscription.  One of the users has a MacBook Pro and iMac both running Mountain Lion with Office 2011 fully patched.  When running Outlook, we see extremely high CPU usage by the Outlook process - it's averaging about 95%, which in turn causes poor performance on the MacBook/iMac in general - the spinning beachball repeatedly pops up rendering the MacBook unusable.  I've been through a lot of troubleshooting on this to no avail.  Here's what I've done so far:

What is curious is that I've just setup a brand new iMac for this user and for approximately four hours after connecting to Office 365 the iMac ran  perfectly well, then boom - I've got exactly the same problem.  The only other apps that were installed were Evernote and Dropbox.

Does anyone have any suggestions on troubleshooting this further?

exporting olm file for outlook mac - taking forever - have cleared down loads of mails and all folders are below 5ooo mails

still takes 25hrs to only do a small amount of the files

any help would be much appreciated
