!!! Why does this MS Outlook:MAC **olk14Contact issue exist and go unresolved ? !!!
11 Nov 2013 @ 08:58
Standard and well known issue with "Identities", however I am only interested in pulling together and recovering my Contacts that are now being held hostage in **olk14Contact files.
ASK: Any interested developer from MS Outlook:MAC to develop a recovery utility that will parse **olk14Contact files specific to stranded Contacts that will display and/or saves contact contents to a .txt file or comma delimited ss file that can then be reviewed, recovered and merged back into my active MS Outlook:MAC implementation.
I look forward to an interested Outlook:MAC expert, stepping up to the challenge to solve this ASK.
Respectfully submitted on 11 Nov 2013 @ 08:58 with high hopes that the MS Outlook:MAC Team is interested in providing customer service and retaining a loyal MS customer.
Bonus points: Take responsibility and develop a tool kit that is customer focused and easy to use and does not require a multitude of customer action items such as multiple identity renaming exercises resulting in elevated risk to the integrity of active Outlook resources and does not require 4 hours of on the phone with technical support.

Im setting up an Outlook 2011 to fetch mail from an IMAP server.
The I've subscribed to all the folders on the imap server, and I can delete and create folders from Outlook and it is reflected on the server. But When I wasnt to delete a single email from the inbox, the Changes I do are not reflekted on the server. under the delete otions I have chosen that the fiels should be copied to the "delete items" folder on the imap. and when I delete folders this is where they go.
Why cant I change single emails? help!
