I have read all the threads on 2011 Outlook Smart Folders .
I have also read the Microsoft tutorial. I still do not understand how to use them
Is there a comprehensive article somewhere regarding building and using smart folders?
For example, I want to use smart folders for all emails from multiple sources for one client.
When I enter multiple email addresses in multiple panels of the smart folder they appear to
cancel each other out. If I understood how to have multiple email addresses go into a Smart
Folder that would be most helpful.
Upgrading a friends' 2011 MacBook Pro 15″ from Snow Leopard to Mavericks broke the Outlook identity.
There seems to be a problem with rebuilding the Main identity using the Microsoft Database Utility. I already tried to manually copy the essential folders of the (old) main identity to a new identity using finder and rebuilt it, so far without success. Every try ends in error [-18000]
The main identity has a size of approximately 10GB
Anybody experienced the same problem?
I'm trying to set a SmartFolder in Calendar, to periodically show me all my calendar entries that have no reminder (so that nothing sneaks up on me). Weirdly, when I set the search criteria as "has no reminder", the list still contains some items that

i can not figure out how to remove messages from my main server. in my old windows version of outlook, it had a box to check to remove from the server. i can not find that option in office for mac 2011. does anyone know where this is located?
If i send mail from my outlook mac 2011, aol account, and I am BCC multiple accounts; if one of those accounts are invalid, I get an error but can not fix it. The email is nowhere to be found. It is not in
my drafts?? I want to delete the invalid email. Now it keeps appearing as an error every time I log on.
