in 2012 i bought MAC and now i have OSX 10.9.2 installed. i imported all my E-Mail from Windows based Outlook into New Mac from 2 identites. I merged all E-Mails into 1 MAC indentity in Main. Total E-Mails just 1 week before i can see can inbox were 168,000 but today i see they are 128000. Are they auto Archived???  but i don,t see any folder. Can you explain where to locate folder so i can backup all my data?

Further i tried to export all my Mac Outllook but i just tried to recheck by making new identity in MAC Outlook and when Imported i see only 28000 Emails in Inbox instead of 128000. why all E-Mails not exported??

I need to save all my Outllok office data and need urgent help.  How to Backup outlook Data and how???

I am trying not to freak out....I followed instructions to export, then import the olm file (to add a godaddy email account to the Yahoo account that was functioning just fine on outlook).

The import said it was complete but the emails (Yahoo and Godaddy) are nowhere to be found in outlook or online. help please!!!

I realise these posts are 3 years old but I'm having the same problem with my Outlook 2011 for Mac: my server seems to download all the emails from certain accounts (I have only been paying attention to my work email account)-I have 11,200 in that folder whereas I should probably have half that amount of mail. I've tried to delete the duplicates but they seem to download again. 

Q: when they are deleted from the Server (web based mail)...do I then have to delete them from the "Deleted" items to prevent them from downloading again? I didn't think I have to.

What could be the explanation for why my emails keep downloading-someone mentioned to me "flagging" and that my server is not flagging read messages properly? 

My Server is BT/Yahoo Mail (UK)....

Any guidance would be appreciated...

I have an exchange account set up in outlook which works fine until I connect to my work vpn. If I connect with outlook open, outlook loses it's connection to the server and will not reconnect. The only way to get it to connect again is to restore a backup of the database which is really annoying!

Any ideas as to what might be happening here?

My company uses reminders on flagged e-mail messages.  When the message pops up there is a check box in Office Reminders which when clicked gets a check mark and the reminder is dismissed.  I assumed by checking this box the message would be flagged as completed in Outlook.  But it does not.  What happens is I have to open the e-mail and click on the flag to mark it as complete.  If I do not do mark it as complete for every new reminder the old flagged message continues to come up.

Is there a fix so that when the checkbox is clicked that the message is also marked as complete?

I am looking for a script to mimic the capability of Apple Mail to highlight Contact information text in an email and create a new Contact in Outlook for Mac.

i.e.

My Name 

My Address

City, State, zip

phone

web

Highlight that text block in an email and send to Contacts populating the obvious fields. This would be a great time saver, eliminating the need to copy and paste back and forth.

Anyone know if this exists?

I have 2 email accounts connected to Outlook. Yahoo (default) and a Go Daddy account. Where do I go to see the GoDaddy account? I only see Yahoo. Also, can I see both inboxes simultaneously/ merged together in one inbox?
