I get the following message when I try to send a email---" Hotmail wasn't able to complet this request.  Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report."   Althrough, it does't tell me how to report it or how to fix my problem.

I am unable to send emails out, yet I can receive them.  The message is: Hotmail wasn't able to complete this request.  Microsoft may contact you about any issues you may report.    

I can’t send email because the server is busy. Is this legitimate?

I get a repeating notice saying "Hotmail wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report". I cannot send any e-mails.What does it mean and how to overcome this issue?

When I try to reply to an email, I keep getting a message saying "Hotmail is unable to complete this request."

When I try to reply to an email, I keep getting a message saying "Hotmail is unable to complete this request.".  When I check the network status, it says Hotmail is running normally.  Please help.
