I need to know what is going on with microsoft and the dropping off of a client that has used hot mail now for 10 years. And can this be fixed?

I cannot download google chrome nor firefox. I have a mac that has the OSX 10.5 operating system. I cannot access my hotmail account as of a couple of months now.
I accidentally pushed always remember password for my hotmail account now cant work out how to change it back

I changed my https settings to Select always when signing in to hotmail. Now my account does not work at all. HELP ! !!

Hola, trabajo en una inmobiliaria y una de mis principales herramientas de trabajo son los correos electronicos, pero ultimamente he tenido problemas al enviar estos, ya que utilizo mucho los albunes de fotos y archivos en pdf y word, y al adjuntar los
archivos se tarda eternidades para cargarlos, no entiendo el porque tengo problema al enviar dichos correos, me aparece en la parte superior de la pantalla una advertencia diciendo que hay un problema con el servicio de hotmail y que se trata de un problema
de conectividad, pero este mesnsaje ya es muy recurrente, de hecho cada que quiero enviar correos. Que puedo hacer???? me pueden ayudar??????
