Microsoft Outlook wont let me sign into my account! Need help ASAP!

I am using a different account to post this since outlook wont let me post this one the account i need to use.

When I try and sign in it says that there may be a possibility somebody else has been using the account, so try to recover my account, and fill in a little bit of info and they say they will email me and tell me if i can get into the account or not. So i get the email and it tells me that I cannot get into my account because i lack the right amount of information.
Thing is that my cousin created my account and I do not know what she put in the information field, the account was made many many years ago, back in the original hotmail days, and I need to be able to get into my account. I tried calling in however they just told me to come here to help. It really is my account and I need in HELP PLEASE!

I am again having trouble signing up multiple email accounts in a day for my classes at a senior citizens center.  We teach our students how to sign up and use an outlook email account.  Since I have 24 students a day the daily limit is too small. In the past a microsoft representative added the IP range that I had provided to their white list permanently and it worked great.  We have changed our Internet service so that is probably why we are having problems.  I have tried to email using the addresses from the last time I had this problem and tried calling for support.  I was told to use this site.  Hope this work.

HELP needed recovering old email accounts

Basically i have 2 old email accounts that end in: @live.co.uk

I Need to reset the passwords to these accounts HOWEVER i changed all on the security info (i.e) Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers, Password & secret question answer, to random things which i do not remember at all.

I cannot provide any security Info.

I cannot Provide an I.P Address as i have moved house after i last used the email accounts, so therefore cannot provide the same I.P Address as used to access the accounts previously

i have been put through to the Global Escalations Team and they have not even helped me at all.

Is there a way to simply Master Reset my old accounts??????

I need to access my emails as i have them connected to my 2 OLD XBOX LIVE Profiles.+


If i lose these email forever, i lose all my DLC forever :(

 I know that my question is not relevant here, but I don't know where else to ask... I have problem to log in to my account. When I do log in, this error occurs: 

 

This account can't be used to access Outlook.com

You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).
 
I have used this account for 2 years with no problem.
Could anyone please tell me how can I solve this problem please?

I too am having the same difficulty. It was working one, but now has a similar problem to Naomi's.  I do receive email but am unable to send from my outlook.com account. When I try to send the message is:

Cannot Send Email, The use name or password for SMTP:(my outlook account user name)@sm.tp.live.com is incorrect. Yet this is the user name I use to login to my account through my PC.

 

I have checked, reset and attempted correction after correction to no avail. Can you offer a solution?

Replacing old msn.com primary with new outlook.com primary address

I want to retire my primary msn.com address and create a new outlook.com primary address. Eventually the msn.com will be shut down. Should I simply create the new address and add the address i want to eliminate as an alias for now? Should I change the 'respond to' option  in msn.com  to the new outlook address so that any emails people are responding to show up in the new email address?

 

I was thinking about forwarding emails from the msn.com address to the new address, but this would send junk mail too I think.

I do not wish to rename considering the problems with losing emails, so I'm thinking creating the new address is the way to go.

 

My apologies if this is a duplicate question as I was never able to find the original.

 

What do you think?
