Although the correct DD details have been entered, outlook has failed to take the money and now my subscription has been cancelled. I've now added my card details to the account. How can I get my account back up and running with ad-free subscription?

outlook.com will not sign to my att pop mail server. Keeps telling me to check my password and user name, but they are correct...so how do I get outlook.com to get my email from att. It set up my website mail account just fine.
I have received a couple of emails over the last couple of months (confirmation of booking/loyalty card scheme welcomes etc) that were not intended for me but thought nothing of it, now I've received an email from MSN (at least reportedly from MSN) that
someone is trying to recover MY email address/account (and it isn't me). My question is this likely to be a genuine email from MSN? and what can I do to protect my account? I just tried to change my password and security details but as I've had to update security
details I can't now access it further for 30 days, ironically to prevent hackers!!
I have been using the same live email for about 4 years and starting two days ago I have not received any email. I normally receive 20 plus emails a day at this address. I have not made any changes to settings, I do not have anything in my junk folder.

Since Outlook began, I have had so much trouble with my hotmail account. The page doesn't load the first time and I have to refresh the page; when I try to open a mail it just has a "go to page #" at the bottom, and sits there with no activity; many times
I have to refresh the page just to get a mail open, or come back later; after opening, if I try to reply, it just spins its little balls and does nothing. I have to refresh the page over and over until it will send. This happens at least 70-80% of the tiime

Would like to find out how to stop the constant flow of junk emails. It's just annoying to get 10 emails a day from different email addresses from Canadiana ****, Local Sluts, Viagra, etc. There use to be a place that key words would block these emails
even showing up but it seems that the option has disappeared.

My account has switched over to Outlook from Hotmail for no reason, which I am fine with. However, many of my emails have gone missing, including a very important Email regarding a hotel I booked in France. My emails only go back as far as 16/5/2013 and the email I need was sent to me in December. This is very important that I get this email back.
