My name is Tatiana and basically I'm concerned because my outlook account apparently has been compromised, because someone has been using my account having acessed to my e-mails and other personal informations. So I really wish to obtain IP log history with the list of locations and ips that have acessed to my account.

Age verification failing

I'm trying to open an email account for my daughter, but since she's 11 years old, I'm having to go through an age verification process.  Fine.

 

After i enter in my credit card information to charge my $.50, the next page says:

 

Windows Live ID

We're unable to complete your request.

Microsoft Account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

 

After experiencing this error message 3 times now (and i bet charged three separate times) and seeing many others experiencing this problem without any posted solution, i thought i would post here to see if a support moderator would be able to assist.

 

Yes, I've tried this on different computers using different browsers.  Yes, ive cleared out my cache and temp files before.  Yes, all my billing information is there on my parent account.  The error is consistent.

 

Please private message or email me with the information you need.  I'd rather not post that information here for all to see.

How do you set up contact categories in Outlook Contacts in 365 Buisness Premium?

I had MS XP and have been able to set up categories I.E. Family, Vendors, Doctor etc.  How do you set this up in Office 365 Business Premium?  I have a Surface Pro with windows 8.

 I'm trying to do the age verification for my grandsons account   I have tried it for all day today with 2 different credit cards a Master card and a Visa and keep getting the error,  Unable to complete your request Is there another way to verify my age so he can use his account or do you know how long this is not going to work? I have tried it on 2 different computers, with the same error. Looking through the forums it looks like this is a common problem, and that has been going on for awhile. I would just delete it out if he hadn't been using it before I  noticed the age was wrong and fixing that caused all this aggravation. I may wind up deleting it out any way and redoing it with out the age verification now that I know about it causing all these problems. 

Can someone please tell me why the Hotmail to Outlook conversion caused ALL my emails to be purged?

My 15 year old email account was deleted.

Everytime I start a thread to follow up or inquire it is locked and I am told it is "escalated to technicians" and weeks go by and I NEVER hear back.

Today I get an email stating my emails that I have kept for 15 years were "purged".

I have been contacting this forum for MONTHS and following up daily and I NEVER hear back.
This is a disgrace.

Poor customer service.

I have a new windows 8 computer. I am using hotmail which was converted to outlook. I have just acquired office 2007 and I wish to switch my email to outlook 2007. How do I do it?

When I try to install Outlook 2007 it asks for my email address and I input it.  It then asks for my password and I input that then it comes back and tells me that it can't find my email address.  It then offers the opportunity to do a manual set up.  I accept that and start the manual set up but I can't complete it because I don't have the incoming and outgoing server names.  Therefore I can't get Outlook 2007 installed and even when I do I don't know how to move every thing from Hotmail/outlook  to my new Outlook 2007 email account.  HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Photos not syncing in SkyDrive

But my photos are NOT there (on Skydrive).  I have loads of pictures on the Start page under "Photos" and I cannot get them to Skydrive!  One suggestion was to right click and hit "move."  There is no "move" when I right click so what now?????

Hello, I recently had my Microsoft Surface Pro stolen from me and would like to see if it has been logged onto since it went missing to give the police some assistance in finding it. I would like an IP Log to help see if it has been used.

 

I have the password recovery validation email ready to prove ownership of the account.
