Having a hard time accessing my Xbox live account keep getting this code 80151103 need help please

I try logging into my Xbox live an I input my email and pass word an it keeps giving me this code. I verified my account online for that email was ok an everything checks out I am able to log in right away but can't onto Xbox please help me code is 80151103

Cannot Access hotmail account- who to contact?

My husband cannot access his hotmail account? As he can't remember his password and somehow the link from his the hotmail account has been disabled. When he selects change of password nothing happens, no email is sent. Also when he tries to fill in the form his access is denied because he can't answer enough of the questions. Some details he can't remember because he set up the account a while ago and he can't say what's recent in the account because he can't access it' and hasn't been ble to for a short while because of limited Internet access. What can he do to fix this problem??

I am from India  on a visit to USA. Recently I purchased an ASUS laptop with windows8 loaded in the US from Microsoft online Store. I will be  returning back to India soon with this Laptop.

 

I am trying to register my payment details with my credit card details at Microsoft store for getting new Apps loaded. But It is showing my country as USA and does not accept my India address. How do I change the country to India from US?

 

My Microsoft email account already is with Indian address,

Active View plays audio from YouTube; won’t show video in IE

Whenever I try and play a YouTube video within outlook.com, the preview shows up just fine. Then when I hit play, the active view window plays the audio just fine but NOT the video.

 

The active view settings in outlook.com are correct, and I am only having this issue in IE, not Google Chrome.

 

Any suggestions, please?
