Cannot get into Outlook to open or send e-mails. The various e-mail options have also disappeared above my inbox.

I've just got a samsung s3 mini and I've added my livemail account. The emails come through fine, but if I delete any, then the same number of old ones are added at the bottom of the list as unread. It's really annoying because I keep thinking I've got
new emails when I haven't.
I spoke to Samsung about it and they said it was a problem with the email server. I've also got a Nexus 7 and it works fine on that.

I created an email account (outlook.com) for my son and left the date at 2013 accidentally.
He tries to log in and it asks for my permission. He is 21 years old!
I went through the steps to grant permission and paid the .50 charge (which I think is unnecessary).
Every time he tries to login it still gives him the screen for permissions (grant now, or send email). I cleared the cache and did other things suggested here but he is not able to log in and I'm not able to change his birth date to the proper date.
Please advise as I paid for something that is NOT working.

When I click on a video in SKYDRIVE it asks me to download SILVERLIGHT to view the video, I did so several times, and it still keeps asking again. I even shut down computer and restarted it and it still asks again? have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 and all is up to date.
also the video does show up and is a WMV type file
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO TELL WHICH VERSION OF SKYDRIVE I HAVE????? help there too???? I don't Sync my computers with it, don't want to.
I have transferred some old family videos on VHS tapes to DVDs and now want to edit using Windows MovieMaker and burn a DVD that I can play on the TV, or a computer. I can't import the audio/video files into Windows MovieMaker because I don't have the codec files needed for VOB??? My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2. I have tried to figure this out before and just gave up because it seems to be over my head. I read somewhere that all I needed was the TS_Video files, then I read that I needed to save and format as ISO files.
I borrowed a Magnavox DVD recorder/VCR ZV427MG9 to transfer VHS to DVD and I don't have the manual so I'm figuring it out as I go. I have been successful in making the DVD, but now I've got to figure out how to get this DVD on my computer harddrive in the proper file format so I can pull into MovieMaker and edit.
I'm sure there is an easier way to do this and I'm 'bout to throw in the towel. Any advice is appreciated!

I got a message which said "We've noticed some unusual activity in you Outlook.com account". I requested a verification code to my mobile. This was submitted and a message said my account had been verified but when I tried to send an e-mail I found it was still blocked. I then tried the code again only to be told you have submitted wrong codes too many times! I could not try again for 24 hours but when I did so I got the same result.
I subsequently got a message from the support team to my contact address giving me a message telling me how to resolve the issue. However, when I tried to access the link I got a message that said my e-mail address could not view the incident. My partner and I use the same laptop and she too has had her account blocked and hasn't been able to rectify it for three days.
I think the support on this one has been abysmal. I am currently engaged on Executor duties and desperate to get my account up and running again!! What can I do?????
I am having problems with Outlook 2010 syncing with Outlook.com. I have a Windows 8 computer. I see the following symptoms:
1. When I click on the Outlook 2010 icon on the desktop to open the application, it asks me which profile I want to use:
2. Outlook 2010 takes a long time to send and receive messages and has a send/receive error and says "limited connectivity".
3. I cannot access Outlook.com contacts from my web browser.
4. In Outlook 2010, when I go to File|Account Settings and look at the Data Files tab, the location for my outlook.com file says "not available".
Can you help me fix this problem?
