Phone is hanged, can't switch off no button or icon is working.
I can receive emails in my hotmail account but when i try sending an email i get the message that the account is blocked. how do i unblock it ?
I just installed a new card making program on my computer windows 8, when I tried to
e-mail the card it could not send. Advised no email program associated and create in default
program control panel. Can't find place to add program. New program does not show up
in default list but shows up in my programs list, can't find a place to add it?

Outlook.com automatically creates frequent contacts when sending emails. Over time a lot of auto frequent email addresses are created. How do you view this list to delete the ones that are no longer required? Apparently these frequent contacts do not appear in the Contact list?????
My problems is that having saved a Windows Live Movie Maker project, the video clips that I have trimmed a few seconds off at the beginning of the clip (start point) will pixelate when the project is saved as a Movie. Those clips which have been trimmed at the end (end point) do not pixelate. If I spit a clip then the beginning of the second half will pixelate too. I am using Version 2011, but have also tried the current Version 2012. Computer Info :- Windows 7 Home Premium -Processor AMD Phenom IIX4 925 Processor 2.80GHT. Dell Computers have changed the Video Card ATI Radeon HD5670, the Hard Drive, and they say, the Mother Board. Version 2011 worked perfectly well until my system had to be rebooted as it would not start. Dell have also uninstalled/reinstalled the operating system twice. Can any body please assist??
How do I print body of my email content without getting it cut off. Currently it prints a condensed email content and all my folders are showing on the side. This is not acceptable. Please help.
Just bought new laptop. Hate Windows 8, thinking of taking it back and going with Apple. However, I like the computer. So, I am trying to learn the new system. Have been able to find answers to problems as they come up on line, but not this problem. I
do not see the gear icon anywhere and I spent over an hour looking in various places. This is not acceptable. I need to change my page to where I can either check one box or all of them to delete without opening each email. As it is now, when I click on one,
it opens. I don't have this problem on my Windows XP and XP professional. Also, need to see the bar or whatever there is to click or tap for attachments, forwards, replies, etc. What do I do when I have no gear icon?
