My hotmail was hacked and I tried to do the questionnaire and called the toll free numbers and spoke to representatives to try and access my account to no fail. I had to create a new account, and need access to my old account. How do I go about accessing
my old account?
This is the second occasion that I have checked my junk email folder and seen that I have received en email from myself, as in my own email (hotmail) address. The address looks exactly the same and in the email it just says 'please find attached the document'.
I obviously haven't opened the attachment as I haven't got a clue what this email would be about.
So how on earth have I got an email from myself? Is this dodgy? Should I be worried that my account is being accessed by someone else? What do I do about this?
My iPhone is set to EST. If I accept an event, it shows up on my calendar as PST. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!!!

I was playing Xbox when my internet dropped and went back on. I tried signing in and it asked me to give the e-mail and password, after this it said "Sorry, something's wrong with your Microsoft account. Go to https:/account.live.com for help. Code: 8015D007"
I did this and it said the same thing about there being something wrong with my account and to try again later. I've signed into the Xbox website without trouble, so what is wrong with my account?

I use hotmail. but I have not been able to set it up to provide read receipts when a sent email is opened by the receipient.

My brother's account was being hacked by his ex girlfriend. The girl changed his password and put her number and email address as the alternative. So if we wants to reset password, Hotmail will have to send a code to her which she doesn't want to give
us. However, we tried using another method which is couldn't access to these ways (call or text her number) but Hotmail replied to say that the answers was insufficient but we couldn't help as we really couldn't reply to those question as we doesn't even send
any email out. Any ways to retrieve back other than sending code to her number?

For the past 3 days I have been having issues with my university issued email. The school moved everything over to Outlook and ever since then I have been having problems! Every time I enter my login info, it directs me to a blank screen with this error:

I have looked through other posts on this site where others were having the same problem but nothing I saw helps me. I feel like I have tried everything, from updating to even trying it on other devices... but nothing works.

I have photos taken with my WP8 that are in SkyDrive. I also have photos in a folder on my desk top's "Pictures" from the same event. I want to import (move) the photos from SkyDrive to the folder on my desk top. How do I do that?
