When I try to sign in to Google,I get this message. "Microsoft Account  We're unable to complete your request--Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later". This has been going on for several days. HELP!!!!!!!
Hello,

I have lost many very important emails since the transition from hotmail to outlook. I would really appreciate it if you could help me recover lost emails. I have already tried to recover emails using the option in the deleted folder. I found that many were facing this problem and were asked to answer the following questions.
  1. When was the account renamed? (Estimated Date and Time) 08/08/2013 10:40 am
  2. Did the data loss occur right after renaming or was the data still there for a brief time? Occurred before renaming the account a few times. No email prior to July 14 appear. The same thing happened when I switched from hotmail to outlook.
  3. Did you have issues logging in before noticing data loss – did you have to reset his/her password? No
  4. Did you click on any link before the issue occurred? No
  5. Did you try to close/deactivate the account before the issue occurred? No
  6. Did you have issues logging in before or after renaming your account? Before
  7. When was the last time you logged into your account? I log in almost every single day. Although, the problem might have occurred earlier than I noticed.
Looking forward for your assistance,

Thank You
I am trying to log into my outlook email, after i type in my username and password the screen directs me to a blank screen with this link: https://pod51035.outlook.com/owa/?hm=1. I haven't been able to access my email for a few weeks

Prior to my Windows Live Hotmail Plus subscription expiration date, I can to cancel my credit card due to unauthorized charges.  At renewal, I was reminded that I needed to update billing because I received a credit card declined notice on my auto-renewal attempt.  At that time, I entered my new card and because the notice said another attempt would be made to charge my card, I thought my subscription was safe.  Today I received a confirmation of cancellation.

I'm not sure what it takes to get the subscription aligned with the correct credit card.  The notice indicated I could contact customer support to reactivate "If your service term is expired, you must contact Customer Support to reactivate your service."   The cancelation notice said "To reach Customer Support, go to https://commerce.microsoft.com, select 'help', click 'Getting help' and then click 'Contact Customer Support'."  Following the instructions, the Forum is the only support provided.  This is a lot of hoops to try and continue paying for my subscription.

Kindly reactive my subscription.

On Sunday night (4th August) I tried to access *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but wasn't able to as I couldn't remember the password. I tried to change the password for this account but instead of changing this account it changed the assword on another e-mail account. I then tried to see if I could reset the password but it thought I had already requested it and the only thing I could do was use me secret question but I can not use the question as I have forgotten the answer. Is there any why I can get access to this account again?

I have a user who is unable to log on to Outlook.com. The user's credentials are accepted, but the page redirects to a blank page (URL and embedded error code below).

A little history of this account. The user initially created a Microsoft ID using their "work" email address. Since that time the organization has transitioned on-prem Exchange to Office 365 Exchange Online using ADFS for authentication. The result is that the user's "work" email address is now both his personal Microsoft ID and his Organizational ID.

Logging in to www.outlook.com results in a blank page that has the URL.

https://pod51042.outlook.com/owa/?hm=1&owa=1&f=255&MSPPError=-2147205086

Logging in to https://login.live.com successfully navigates to the user's account administration page.

This can be reproduced on multiple workstations.

I have also created an alias for the user and tried logging in with that address instead. The results were the same.

My Outlook 2010 continues to give me alerts at inappropriate times. For example, it will give me an alert sixteen hours before an appointment, but not one hour before the appointment, as I have set it to do.

Can anyone shed any light on this.

I am not able to get my email account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) recovered.  I feel like I am continually running into more and more problems.  Please help

Hi all,

All is in the title. I manage 2 outlook.com accounts and I wonder how to move all messages from one account to the other.

Any help or idea would be helpfull.

Thanks in advance.

At my Sign In page, I typed an incorrect address and hit enter, now, each time I go to the Sign In page, these incorrect addresses appear in drop down.  How can I remove this incorrect address?
