Whenever i try to log into my hotmail account it asks me to verify that its me. I am unable to verify the account so i filled out the form asking for information from my hotmail account (i.e. subject of recently sent mails, addresses of recently sent mails ) so they can verify it as being me. My alternate email account received the email saying i will get an access code within 24 hours but this code is never sent. I have done this process about 3 times now. How can i access my email again?
I usually only access my Hotmail from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone but recently it got some sort of error and was removed from my Hub, I can't seem to sign in and when I try to reset my password, outlook does not send me the email after I fill out the questions

When in Outlook, Calendar, Share the page loads then goes grey. Then I am unable to get any response from the screen. I have to close the window and start over.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini running Android 4.2.2 and my network provider is O2.
When I’m connected to a WiFi network the phone syncs to my mail without any issues. However, when I’m outside a WiFi zone and have to use the O2 3G network, the mail won’t sync at all. Not even when I manually press the sync button. I had a similar issue with my previous phone which was a Sony. Any ideas how I can overcome this?? The App is pretty useless if I can only access mail whilst on WiFi.
Outlook said I had a CJ39-VQ virus in my folders and I should download a remedy........Anyone heard of this, is this valid?

and over again. This does not seem to help as well. This problem can easily be sorted out by reopening my account and taking off whatever hold you have put on the account. My email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

For two days now, Microsoft has been signing me out of my Hotmail/Outlook account and asking me to "get a code" that would be sent to another email account for me to enter in a box. Well, I finally did that but I'm told in red letters that the "code does
not work" even though it is the exact code sent to me by them. I tried both copying and pasting it and entering it myself. Doesn't work.
It seems to me that, once again, Microsoft launches some new feature without being truly ready for it. Last time, when they switched to Outlook, I lost access to all but one account for weeks.
Can someone help me with this? There's a note on that page stating that entering the code could be skipped but would be required within 5 days. Since the code I was sent doesn't work--and I doubt any will--I'm afraid I'll lose access to my account in 5
days, and my whole life is in that account--everything--so this can't happen.
