I have recently created a Microsoft Account and it works well with my WP8 to sync calendars and people.
I have created an outlook.com alias and chose to have it deposit to my inbox instead of a folder. The screen indicated that an email would be sent confirming setup of the alias. It has been well over 12 hours now and this alias shows up in my accounts settings,
but any attempts to email it result in failure:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain outlook.com by mx2.hotmail.com. [65.54.188.72].
The error that the other server returned was:
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
I have noted other users posting with similar issues and would like to get this alias going.
Any help is appreciated.

I have two different Hotmail accounts.
The one I can access and did not need a verification code. The second one I have had the verification code send to me but when I input the code it says it is not valid.
HELP!!!
Yesterday pm when I trued to send emails I got a message saying my account was locked. I followed the links, entered a phone number, got a reset code, entered the code, changed my password etc but still I get the same message.
What do I do now?
If I receive several messages from same sender Hot mail ties them all together -I want to keep separate emails !!
Can not open them !

I have tried to reinstall it several times, nothing helped, seems to be working and saying: "processing changes" or to be up to date, but doesn't do anything.
It is the desktop app for Windows 8.

After installing 8.1 on my surface tablet, Skydrive has changed. When I open it and click on Pictures or Documents, it says "This location can't be found. Please try again later." I can still go to skydrive.com and access the pictures, so I'm assuming it's just an issue with the app. Any assistance is appreciated.

I have been having this problem since mid July.
I sent an email and then I decided to change my actual email address from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and since then I have been receiving an error message saying 'there seems to be a problem with outlook' but lately it has logged me into the Microsoft Account - Account Summary
But i can't get into my emails i.e I can't view my inbox etc.
I need this revolved ASAP because I use this email address for business purposes.

For some odd reason, the ribbon has completely disappeared, the few functions that are left are located on the right hand side making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, everything is off center and shoved to the left making it difficult to determine
how it will appear in my blog once posted without having to use the preview function.

Been locked out of my account for a while now (really need to get back on it for things that are linked to it).
My password is wrong and the only way I can try to get it back is to have a email sent to another account to have a link or what ever it is that gets sent there a code or what? But I never receive the email so I can't do anything?
Also I have tried to fill out form with past data to get it back but no luck?

I cant play on my xbox online because the system is asking me to validate the account. I do not remember my hotmail password and have tried to use the recovery system but Microsoft still refuse to give me my details. i would like to speak with someone
over the phone or via another e-mail account to correct this problem. I cant play online games until this problem is sorted. is there anyway to change my xbox live account to another email address.
