After being advised to create a new account to install adobe software my original account is apparently lost

I failed to install new Adobe software.

I was advised by their chat line to create an alternative admin account.

This I did but cannot now access my existing account as Window 8 open up in the new one.

How do I return to my normal Windows 8 start up page?

hello there,

back in 2009 i created an account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, i used it to create accounts on social networks back then and havent used in the past 2 or 3 years. now i'm having problems logging in youtube, and so i tried to restore my password via email. when i tried to log into *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it now says this account doesn't exist. what should i do?

As the title says

Around 8.30 I received an email from myself with the subject: 8/8/2013 8:28:38 AM Document

and attached to the email is a document, I right clicked the attached document and copied the link

this is the link: https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/maks45/Document_948274878.exe

I accidental clicked the link and it downloaded a document and AVG opened and removed the threat, it was something called Luhe.Fiha.C. 
I searched about this virus and it is becoming one of the most spreading threats

I don't know what happen and why it was sent to me from myself and it seems it is from Amazon. Wierd

Yh so I wanted to know what it is and why. Am I being hacked and this is not the first time I was sent this same email, I was sent this same email about a month ago and I changed all my security details and passwords and I received this email again

Adding Live email Account to iPad Fails

I deleted my Live account from my iPad and when I try to add it back via settings it verifyies and accept it. But when I go to the mail app it is not listed as one of the mailboxes. When I return to settings it disappears from the list of accounts.  (Note: I have an account for my work email and one for my hotmail account.)  Can anyone help me with this?

Unable to send emails from Outlook!! Account is temporarily blocked

I can receive emails and still view all of my messages, drafts etc, and log in as usual. But I cannot send any emails!!

I have gone to the Add a phone page to verify my account with a mobile phone number. I was sent a text message with a four digit code in,
entered it when prompted, but I am still unable to send emails.  Please sort this problem out ASAP as this is a business account- I can not operate my business properly if I cannot send emails.
And there is no reason at all for this block to have been placed on this account.

Please help me, I've recently been hacked and can't access my microsoft account as the password has been changed and neither of the backup emails registered to the account are valid.

I was hacked last Thursday night and spam was sent to many of my contacts (I could see this on my phone). Unfortunately I was just leaving to catch a flight and so didn't have time to change my password. Now my password is no longer valid (as whoever is in there has changed it, I assume) and neither of the contact email addresses are valid - they could be misspellings of accounts or accounts that I used to have which have been automatically deleted.

I just made this account I'm currently using to try and circumvent this but it wouldn't let it end in hotmail.com as my old backup email did.

The questionnaire keeps coming back as negative, possibly because of all the spam that's being sent from the account and the fact that I can't remember most of the information it asks. Can someone please help? I can get my spammed friends to email you to verify my identity. If you email me privately I can share the details of the account I need access to.

It's been a week now of unsuccessful attempts to access my data.

Hi i recently exchanged my fone and now i cant sign into my Microsoft account my fone and now i want to download apps for my fone and i cant sign in. Please help what can i do?
