Outlook.com custom domain alias bounces

I have an outlook.com account with a custom domain name (mydomain.com) and three email accounts that all use the custom domain name.

 

I created an alias (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) on one of the email accounts (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that use the custom domain.

 

Any email sent to the main account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is delivered no problem but email sent to the alias (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) bounces with the error message: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

 

I have read in some posts (older ones) that Microsoft Outlook.com does not yet support alias that use a custom domain name, nly alias that use *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** etc.

 

Can you confirm or deny this is the case?

Hacked Outlook.com Account

Hi,

Recently a relative of mine tried to access her outlook account and got the message that Someone else is using her account. Probably someone hacked her account. She followed the steps to recover her account providing some information that only her could know and microsoft replied back that they will investigate her issue and reply back to her within 24 hours.They also provided her with a reference number for her issue. Now it's been over 48 hours and she still didn't got any reply negative or positive. Please give us your feedback since she was using the account for years and has a lot of personal stuff in it.

not being able to read
too many incorrect allocated buttons with lots of blockages whenever it is connected.
The server is always' down' and not being able to connected and I can tell you from my side, I am perfectly connected and checked everything history cache etc . it is not the end users fault. its the malfunction of the program generally. It is not up to anything at all, It does not worth to recommend.
squeeze three emails out of tens and hundreds into a tiny column.
not being able to search a single email at all
and you called yourself an upgraded version of hotmail?
begged all over for the users to get upgraded so you get more reputations? stop dreaming,

what on earth is going on with your programmers?

worse than privacy software.




Hotmail account corrupted

Good morning,


I cannot access my hotmail account because web returns "incorrect password". I am sure about the password typed (no confusion with caps lock or similar) so I think password could be corrupted or someone could enter my account and changed the password.


I also tried to give information on your recover password form about last emails sent, emails addresses used, security question... a "few information" notification returned.

I don't know more to do, but I really need the contacts from my address.
Please can you help me?

SkyDrive Access – Referral from Online Safety Team

The summary of my problem is:

"I cannot access sky drive.
I can access Email, People and Calendar online (IE).
When I try to access sky drive I get the following:-
     Browser (IE10 on Win7) = This Item might not exist or is no longer available (from home and work)
     PC Client = hangs at signing in (have re-downloaded and re-installed)
     Windows Phone 8 client = The folder can't be displayed. it has been moved or deleted. (uninstalled and reinstalled SkyDrive app)

I want to delete my Hotmail account as it is sending Spam emails to my contacts. I have tried to cancel it but I get a message saying I need to cancel my subscription to OWL (Orange Windows Live Messenger). I have no idea what this is and I can't seem to delete it. Help!!

After having the security code send to an alternative email address, when I want to log into my account using this code I get the message that a new code has been send to my mobile number which I no longer use and that the code I put in is not correct. Why is this happening?
