Due to my card having expired my subscription to Ad Free Outlook was cancelled. I have tried to renew it and added a new payment method but it will not let me delete the old method of payment, just keeps re directing me back to add a new payee over and
over again. very frustrating. can you help?

I haven't changed my password for ages, but when signing in two days ago, my password wouldn't work. I tried to reset it using my security question, but apparently I had entered an incorrect answer too many times...? I couldn't use the option for send
code to phone, or call phone, as I am now living abroad and that is my English phone number, which I no longer have access too.
So I filled out the form, but then received an email back saying that I didn't provide enough information, but I did. I filled out every box apart from the bottom one about the billing information, as I don't have that. I have filled out the form two
more times, but to no avail, I've received no answer.
It is really important that I get back in to my emails and this is causing me a lot of trouble.

After losing my phone, my original hotmail account has been shutdown by microsoft after I made a report.
But according to my computer I am currently still signed in to that account in outlook.
So I can't sign in with my new student email.

I run windows 8.1 on my Surface RT and on my desktop. I log in with the same Windows account for both. My Surface automatically syncs my tiles to match my desktop. This wouldn't be an issue besides the fact that there are tiles that I use on my desktop
that do not work for my RT, for example my video games. Having a large amount of tiles that I don't need or can't use on my Surface is rather annoying. How do I customize and arrange my Surface without it affecting my desktop and vice versa? Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

All my old emails are gone after I upgraded to outlook. But all my old contacts are still there.
Could you please help to recover the old emails? It seems that a lot of people are facing similar issues. I do not use an outlook client and message threading is turned off. There are no emails.

My messages open when I use Internet Explorer but not in Firefox. It's really frustrating because I do not normally use Internet Explorer. I'm not getting any error messages. I'm using Windows 7. I tried clearing my browser cache, but that didn't work.
Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?

I was until now unaware of what Call Us Over Protective is and in general disagree about the code and I say so after trying it if possible I request the Microsoft Account Team to axe this feature and how can I provide a mobile number if I don't have the device if I am not wrong when Microsoft changed it from Windows Live to Microsoft Account I seem to experience difficulties managing my account I appeal please don't make things hard to handle

I have 3 hotmail accounts and previously there was an option to view all accounts from the one page. Now I have to sign out of each account and go into the other accounts. How can I view all 3 accounts from the one sign on please?

More surprise thing is when trying to reset password with alternate mail account option it's showing some different ID, i.e. sm****@yahoo.com, but I given my gmail ID earlier. And when trying with security question it's not taking the answer. Please help, this is my primary account.
When I logged a call with Microsoft support team, they have sent a link to see the response on my request, but it is again asking to login to my account. When I logged call for not able to access my account, how can they reply me to login to view the response from their team.
