Hi, I just created an outlook custom domain name account and I created 3 users under it. Is there a way for the administrator to see and monitor incoming emails to the users the administrated created? The way I saw it, I could only create and delete the users, but not monitor their emails. Thank you.

I'm trying to register a custom domain name (reducemyrates.co.uk)  for outlook email but I'm getting the above error. Please advise if there is anything that can be done to fix this.

Please increase the number of user accounts to max, currently they are 50 and my custom domain name is mecwel.com
at the time of signup i see there are 500 free user accounts but was assigned only 50. Please help me and add more accounts to the domain.

I have an outlook.com account with a custom domain name (mydomain.com) and three email accounts that all use the custom domain name.

 

I created an alias (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) on one of the email accounts (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that use the custom domain.

 

Any email sent to the main account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is delivered no problem but email sent to the alias (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) bounces with the error message: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

 

I have read in some posts (older ones) that Microsoft Outlook.com does not yet support alias that use a custom domain name, nly alias that use *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** etc.

 

Can you confirm or deny this is the case?

Hi folks,

I'm managing a custom domain name on Outlook.com. I used wlalias and Outlook Aliases tools to create aliases specific for the domain (postmaster, webmaster, abuse etc.). It worked the first time on the user. 

But I had to delete the user for some reason and created a new one. However, each time I try to add the postmaster/webmaster aliases back to the new account, it fails with Error 9003: Passport Error. The original account linked with these aliases no longer exists...

Is there any way to fix this?

Having recently rebranded our site and simultaneously migrated our mail from gmail to outlook, I am now trying to send auto-emails using the outlook SMTP host with our new custom domain name. These are the email settings I have in my backend- the email host as smtp.live.com the email port as either 587 or 25 and the TLS set to True. However I am having no success.   

I'm guessing that there is something I still need to do within the Outlook web app, but i'm not sure.
