- Am using Nokia lumia 610 (windows phone 7.5) each time I try to download applications, games from marketplace or download songs and movies on net my phone replied "windows live ID is not available, error code: 80004003." Can any experienced person tell me what to do, please. Is so annoying.

I had submitted the account verification form and sent it to microsoft (2nd Aug) with my account id *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and moments
later the hacker broke into this account as well because the alternative id of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. So i couldn't get the account reset verification email i was supposed to receive and made this new account so i could report the issue again. I have
tried filling the form about 3-4 times without much help available.
The hacker is sending scam emails to all my friends and relatives saying i have got stranded somewhere and require money. I don't have the contact details of few of my contacts and they are becoming a victim of this fraud. Its been more than a week i am
asking for support and i don't get any support from the Microsoft Windows Live Support Staff. This is by far one of the worst services I have used since 1997. Please stop this person from abusing my account.
I had to already to pay someone because that person fell victim to this scam. I have some important emails and i have had no issues using hotmail for past few couple of years.
I agree its my mistake that i lost my account due to negligence. but it would be really kind enough of the support staff to get me back my account so that i could alert everyone about this scam.

It says my computer appears to be completely configured correctly but the device or resource (184.75.241.31) is not responding, problem with wireless adapter or access point.
SO HOW CAN I FIX IT.
My Hotmail account is blocked for a few weeks. Tried all recommended solutions but can't unblock. Requested for security code via mobile and reset link via email. None worked. Clicked on the "Can't access account" and entered the info, when reported
the page is temporary not available after clicking the submit buttons. How can I unblock my account? I just registered another account to post this qn.

New hard drive and reinstalled software onto my child's laptop and now I am not getting any messages from family safety. I reinstalled it using my administartor account on her laptop and can change her use from administrator account on the laptop, however I cannot access from my computer and messages tell me that she has not been online, although she has been on daily.Please advise.
I have never asked a security code for my email via cell phone ( message) and i want to ask, if i ask for a security code via cell phone, is it free? Or do i have to pay? If so where can i see the info.
