I having problems synchronising my contacts down from Outlook.com to my Apple mobiles devices running iOS 6.1.3.
I uploaded my calendar, contacts and email into Outlook.com using the Hotmail Connector for Outlook and that worked fine.
I set up the accounts on the mobile devices as suggested using the Hotmail profile and email seems to be working fine, so to does the calendar but contacts are not flowing.
I have tried to remove the account from the mobile device and re-add it several times with no luck.
I can set up a new user in Outlook.com and it syncs down as well as setting up a new user on the mobile device and sync up to Outlook.com but I cannot get my contacts to sync down.
Any suggestions on how to get this flowing down?
Thanks.

Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes
What I have tried:
- I have checked back after hours.
- I have tried in different browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, and a browser on my Android device
- I have cleared cache and reset the browsers
- Tried a different device
All have failed.
Please advise.
I used to have 2 hotmail accounts and one msn account, after the forced conversions to outlook, I am only able to access one of the three accounts and outlook will not let me add them?
The sad news is the one hotmail account is one that I established right after hotmail came out, 20 years ago? I no longer have the password for that account, I had it linked together on live.com and one log on got me access to all three accounts. I have contacts with friends that I will never be able to find if I am unable to access that account.
Very sad and frustrated, is there any solution to this? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Original Title: ongoing ******** with system down NO SENT, NO TRASH on iPhone yet I have it on PC site
Still having problems with my sent folder on iPhone. I've had no alerts pop up on phone in that folder because its stuck on "checking mail" and is trying to connect and never does it just times out. Unlike before an alert would come up and say server error. There is nothing in that folder. Yet, I can send email via iPhone and as well the through the website. It shows up in the sent folder on website, not iPhone, and also in the inbox for both website and iPhone. Now having the same problem with the Trash folder.
