Question about Outlook Express

I get on to check my mail I send a few and in the midst of sending another I get this security notice while I'm logged on they want to send a code to me via email account I do NOT have.  I can not change or add anything because I can't.  While I was sending the earlier emails I did not attempt to change anything but I still get a security notice.  They are all about security which is good but the code they want to email to me is to some account they dreamed up so now if I do not resolve this within 6 days my account will be frozen.  The email I have I have had for 8 or 9 years if not longer and now I get a security code wanting to be sent to me via an email account that is no me!  If there is a moderator out there I would appreciate some assistance.  I watched the video but you do not allow any changes on were to send the code!  By the way you run this site like we are all geniuses, not so try make the site a little more user friendly.  These people are so insulated they want to speak to no one, no email nothing great help when they are the ones who got it WRONG!  What do I do just wait an watch my account get frozen?

I cannot get to www.windowslive.com using any of my browsers. I can go to skydrive.com and outlook.com ok. Also, when I try to upload a document from within an Office program, it won't upload. (I am trying to follow the instructions in a Microsoft Excel 2010 textbook. It is a Microsoft Office Specialist approved courseware textbook.) What should I do?

code: 8015D002, I cant reset my password. I have literally tried EVERYTHING over the last week possible to reset my password. I've had codes sent to my phone, my email, my secondary email, my friends email, used every single browser in combination with PC, MAC, LAN line direct connection, WIFI, different locations with PC and internet explorer. Nothing works. Every time i click on the link to reset my password it sends me to the page and i type in my new password and then when i submit it, a page come up saying that the service is not currently available and to try again later. I have filled out a long form i think it was called an ACSI form or something that included the subject line and email addresses of the last few people ive sent emails to and this sent me to a link that sent me to the same page to put in a new password which sent me to the same page that says that the service is not available and to try again later. This has been happening to me for the last week and nothing works. Ive spoken to multiple people and a manager about this problem and no one could help me. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!
