I really need HELP finding my contacts again.
I read all your posts and answers and am a remedial computer user at best. I can't even find an "add to contacts" icon on my hotmail page anymore.
I can't get into the"people" folder on hotmail page either.
i am so frustrated and angry that l have to deal with this> why did you "fix' hotmail when it wasn't broken! OUtlook appears and sounds very broken to me!

Just chatted with Microsoft representative and he said to "post a message there that you are locked out and unable to access the authenticator." He said a Microsoft Account Team advisor will contact me. Help!

Unable to sync Outlook to Windows 8 Mail app.

  I am not able to sync Outlook mail and folder files to my Windows 8 Mail app.  Everything was working properly up until yesterday when Outlook was having sync issues system wide.  Now that the issue is supposedly resolved, I am still unable to sync in Windows 8 mail.  I get an error message that my account is not available.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mail app but continue to have the problem.  I called Microsoft Help but they were useless, blaming the computer manufacturer.  I did not have this issue until the Outlook sync issue of yesterday.

  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  This is very frustrating.

Iphone 5 cannot get hotmail on my phone… connection to server has failed! HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I have an IPhone 5 and cannot get mail on my phone all of a sudden.  It started yesterday, but says that last day to sync was Saturday.  I have deleted account from phone and reloaded, but no help!  Keep saying that connection to server has failed.  I also restored all setting on my phone with no help.  HELP PLEASE!

When I try to delete an account i keep getting the message  'Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes.'

How can I delete account please ? 

Microsoft Outlook 2007 showing Security Certificate Warning

Hi,

I am using outlook.com email service for my Domain www.softwareswindow.com and I have configured it on Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.  From last few months it was working perfectly fine.  However, from last 2 weeks, whenever i start the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 in the morning and send receive emails, I get Internet Security Warning Message:

The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.
The target principal name is incorrect.
View Certificate
Do you want to continue using this server?  Yes or No

When I click on Yes, I am able to send and receive emails and If I click on No, then send & receive of email fails.  It happens every time outlook is started and for sending and receiving emails.

Could anyone please look into it and revert back to me with the solution of this issue.


Hotmail is down on my iphone 4s

after1:00 am in new York and for two days can't properly access my hotmail on my ipone 4s.  works fine on my pc. never had a problem in the past. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the account on my phone but doesn't help. and now on top of it my contacts are missing hopefully not permanently. only a few old emails appear in my inbox and none in the sub folders.  this is a terrible situation and needs to be fixed quickly. on top of it all it is very hard to get any information or update online from Microsoft! I think this problem is more widespread than I am reading-- are others experiencing this in the US and around the world?  Microsoft, please help and keep us informed!!!

Outlook.com Android App – connection failed error

I had this issue for a while now. Tried to remove the app and reinstalling it a few time. A complete phone wipe occured as well withour change.

 

Samsung Nexus (i9250) with 4.3 installed (occurred on 4.2 and 4.1)

 

My girlfriend has the same problem on her nexus 7 tablet but not on her Galaxy S3.
