My emails which were saved in a folder in hotmail have been removed.

Can someone please advise me what to do or are these lost forever?

 

These were important invoices which I kept a record of now nothing before december 2012 show? I do I recover these?

 

I have made sure all my email settings were correct so no files would be deleted and I have tried to recover deleted emails as this was suggested on another thread but without success.  I reguarly put entries into this folder so it was still active, can you please help me recover these files/emails?

Outlook 2010 cannot send Outlook.com messages

I have an outlook.com account, and I am trying to use Outlook 2010 rather than going online all the time to manage emails. When I create an email in Outlook and hit SEND, the message never transmits, just sits in the Outbox. I used the Outlook Hotmail Connector to set up the Outlook.com account in the program. I am also using a customized domain, although the domain shows active at domains.live.com. Any solutions or ideas?

 

 

Hotmail – Outlook 2007 – POP3

I use Outlook 2007 via POP3 for Hotmail (Windows XP, Service Pack 2). Since the last 15 days, on starting outlook 2007, I get an Internet Security Warning “The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect. Do you want to continue using this server ? Y/N” On Microsoft Support http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958977/en-us, mentions that root of the problem is that the target server is Small Business Server 2008. Has Hotmail recently moved some email accounts to Small Business Server 2008 ? And is the problem that I’m facing due to Hotmail’s recent change or this is some malicious ratware / virus posing as Hotmail domain name. I use Quick Heal Total Security antivirus and they have confirmed that there is no virus. Also my computer clock setting is correct. Please help with the solution.

I still cannot sync my email on Windows Phone, Email client of Windows 8 and even in Outlook 2013. All of them blu-m.hotmail.com is not available. Please!!!! I can forgive you, but you need to admit that your current Outlook Status is NOT NORMAL!!

Syncing of e-mails to mobile

Microsoft are saying that they have resolved the problem with the syncing of e-mails to mobiles.

Am I the only one that still cannot get my e-mails on my mobile and why?

Vodaphone have confirmed that there is nothing wrong at their end and the problem lies with Microsoft.

I can’nt get email on my iPhone, it went down on 8-14-13, Verizon said it was hotmail

I cannot log into Outlook all of a sudden. I am using IE10. Please help. Urgent

I arrived into Mumbai, India two days ago from Dubai.  On day one I could log into Outlook and check my mail.  Now all of a sudden I cannot log in.  I am getting following message:

  • Make sure the web address https://mail.live.com is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.
  • Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security

    I tried all above suggestions including enabling TLS SSL as asked above.

     

    I am using IE10.   I tried accessing thru other browsers (Chrome, Safari),  but no use !

     

    I tried restoring the system to few days ago.  No use.

     

    Please help URGENT !

    I have been experiencing problems connecting to my hotmail account via IPhone all week. I keep getting the following message "The connection to the server failed."

    What is the cause of this problem, and when/how will it be corrected?
