My mother's email (removed for privacy) account has recently been hacked. She received an e-mail confirming a change in her email address (from *** to g.n.hunal), which at first she thought was harmless. However, since then we are unable to log into her
email account, and all the security information has been changed. Despite this we have tried to fill out a form, using my email address as a Contact address, however the information provided was insufficient. On top of this, we attempted to send a code to
her mobile, only to discover the mobile number has also been changed by the hacker. For some reason, my mother is still receiving emails to her Blackberry mobile, and when we requested a reset link, the email appeared on her phone, but in a different language.
The emails on the account are highly important, and it is imperative that the account is either recovered or deleted completely.
On sky drive I used to get my files displayed in the form of pictures, now I only get the file folders with a name. How do I get my tiles with beginning pictures of a particular folder back? I like to see what is in the file before I send it somewhere.

For the last few months, whenever I attempt to open ANY of the Windows Essential programs I get this message.
It gives me the information below. I have tried to repair Windows Essentials. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works.
Also, I do not know if it is related but Internet Explorer has also stopped working. I get nothing with that, it simply does not open.

I have a Blackberry Q10 Mobile Device and for 4 DAYS I have no OUTLOOK EMAIL & CALENDAR CAPABILITY and as well, have none of my previous emails and calendar info..all gone..WHAT IS GOING ON? How in the world can MICROSOFT say, problems resolved.

Hotmail (or Outlook) appears to have deleted or moved all of my emails from before 2007, in both my Inbox and Sent folder (older emails in my Saved folder are still there).
This is disastrous for me, as I have emails from then which are really important to me, both professionally and personally. I would like them to be recovered.
I can confirm that:
a) My account has not been hacked
b) I did not delete the emails myself
c) I have no relevant “sweep” settings which might have deleted the emails
d) I have not renamed my account to @outlook.com, though my Hotmail did change to Outlook a few months ago
e) My account has never been left dormant for more than a couple of days. I am a very frequent user.
f) Conversation Threader is not activated.
g) I have tried “auto restore” with no effect.
h) There are no emails from pre-2007 in my ‘deleted emails’ folder

Please advise as to the best course of action. This is a very serious fault and I hope to hear back soon.

Earlier this week my email quit syncing to both Outlook 365 and Windows Phone 8. I can still retrieve email at Outlook.com, but for some reason Outlook 365 and Windows Phone 8 never sync and there are no errors. Looking around it looks like there are
many running into this issue both in this forum as well as the Outlook forum.

I still cannot access my hotmail account on my iPad. I see that Microsoft says it is fixed but it isn't fixed for me. I still have the same problem. Help!
