Our email was hacked and spam was sent out to our entire contact list.  We got it 'fixed' reset our password and sent out a notice of apology to all contacts.  Now when we send out email our 'sent from' line looks something like RABIAGIAbwbyAGEAAeaA... no one will open as our address has already sent them spam and now it really looks suspicious.  Can this be fixed or are we going to be forced to set up a new email?  This is really important to us as these were all business contacts.

Thanks,

Deb
I have a hotmail account for several years, up until yesterday the junk email always would be in the junk folder, now it is coming into my inbox. I have even deleted my whole safe sender list and I still received a junk email into my inbox. What is going on?
I've just received the very suspicious email here below.
(I ma posting here w/o graphics AND hiding the Unique ID):

Is this a genuine email from Microsoft? Should I click on the link provided?
If that's a forged email, not genuine, better to stay away.

But I NEVER made any request of password reset. So, what should I do?

While on the Skydrive web site, whenever I try to upload a file , regardless of size, IE10 crashes.  I am able to browse to the file I want to upload, but when I click OK, IE10 crashes and restarts the web page.  I've tried shutting down all firewalls and anti-malware programs, tried compatibility mode, and shut down all other desktop apps.
When I try to upload files from my Skydrive desktop app, the (very) small files may upload, but files larger than 100Mb or so will get to a certain point and not go beyond.  If I close the desktop app, and restart it, I get the message that Skydrive is uploading xxxxMb of XX+MB, # of files remaining.  It seems to start uploading again, but always from the same point where it left off, regardless of how many times it restarts.  When I start the desktop app, I can see outgoing Byte rate and outgoing Packets for about 5 minutes, and then the upload stops.  My monitor will show that it uploaded 6-8MB, but when I shut down and restart the app, it always restarts at the same place, even after multiple restarts showing 6-8 Mb uploaded each time.
Anyone else having a problem with the "new?" Outlook.  It seems to take forever to do anything in it - from trying to check the box to delete an email, to even bringing one up to read

I have Roadrunner.com account, but I am not about to receive all my email which is frustrating me.  I even leave a copy of the email on the serve and the one I'm missing is not there.  I've tried creating a new account, but that did not work as I am having trouble with the new one now.

Time Warner Cable even told me to do a virus scan on my computer.  I have Windows 8 along with WebRoot Secure Anywhere and Comando Firewall for protection.  I use another anti-malware program to check as well.  Is there something else I need to be doing for my computer?

RoadRunner claims it might be a Microsoft issue since I am using Windows Live Mail 2012 from Windows Essentials as my email program.  The only thing else I can say is there are no errors I get and it basically can happen with any email from work related to even not letting emails come through that are government related.  I've always had issues.  Please help.
