When I reply to a in Microsoft Community I receive the  reply in my inbox several of them, I don't want this, is time comsuming to read them all, as I think is  a response to my enquiry. I have addressed this issue before but I can not find the message from my account, page, this issue has returned. what are the instructions to follow to stop this. from reoccurring. thanks

Cant access my old email account?

 I somehow managed to remember my old password, but I keep getting sent to the link where i enter in all of my information to prove the account is mine. All of that was so long ago i don't remember most of it. I know the password to my account but it still is wanting me to somehow verify it? It claims its sending a verification code to an email address, but im not sure what that email is. Again, this is an email i havent used in quite awhile, but i wanted to get access to it to see if i still had anything saved in there from years ago. And when i was done with that, i wanted to close that account to be 100% sure someone else wasnt using it. Please help, as i'd really like to go through it and get it closed. Thanks much.

I need to remove contacts of gmail from outlook.com people. I have posted this problem in this thread

and I was asked by Forum moderators Alden D. and John Paul M. to create a new thread so that a moderator can properly address to me. Now I am waiting for a moderator to address to me.

The problem I am facing is I am unable to remove gmail contacts from outlook.com account. Many people seems to have the same problem

Hello.
I have been getting this message for months and I have followed the steps I need to take in order to get back into my account.

1: I have requested the validation code to be sent to my linked email address about ten times, NO CODE HAS BEEN SENT.

2: I have followed the validation process, Given as much information as I can, case sensitive information too. BUT I AM DENIED.

3: I have changed mu password, STILL NOTHING.

4: I have answered MY secret question that I setup, STILL NOTHING

5: I have requested validation code to be sent is to my other email which has been linked for years, I have answered my secret question which only I know, I have gone through the account recovery process which I have to input all of above (only I know this information) and you still saying I have to do it all over again for what? to get denied? ONLY I KNOW THIS INFORMATION.

I see this is becoming a regular problem, why? 
Microsoft, We have done our bit, followed "your terms and conditions"  so don't you think it's time to do your part ?
Do not send me around the same track I have been around, I have covered everything but yet still denied access to my own account.
i want to speak to a human being PLEASE.

PS: I have changed my password and still I get the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account "
What? Why? it's me using my account.......I just changed my password.......

PSS: after 8 months of persistence it finally paid off, I am back into my account am awaiting the update security info time to go by.

My friend can not access his account

I have a friend has this account:

he can access it from his cell phone nokia e5 , but he did not access it from computer 
he write the password correct 
he tray before to change his password and you send him the 4 digit code but it did not work

Please help us to solve this problem

Ok, I don't know why this keeps happening but every now and than I don't get some of my email, and this email I been getting for over 2 years now.

How can I email a folder created in Outlook.com?

I placed a number of email messages in a folder in Outlook.  I would like to email that folder with all of the messages and attachments to an associate.  Can this be done?

Office 365 access using Android Outlook.com App

I have seen a few people with this issue
I have both a Iphone and a Android phone
I can access my Corporate email using the OWA app in IOS.
The tried to access my same email account using Outlook.com app in Android.  It doesn't recognise my email account. It will accept my hotmail account
I downloaded the new microsoft 365 mobile app today but that has no email access
I am based in Singapore
