Sky drive folder has disappeared along with original files and documents from PC. I sometime need to work offline on my documents. How can I set up a new sky drive folder and retrieve copies of files from sky drive and sync the two.
I have not been able send or receive emails from my home computer after trying to send the email 5 days ago.
I can access my Hotmail account from my business computer and the Hotmail account works fine from it.
So it is the home computer that is stuck. How do I delete the one large email stuck in the outbox?
How do I delete messages on skydrive, Backed up messages from facebook and other social sites?
My Hotmail account was hacked and some data (available only in my Hotmail) was used to cause me loss. I want to get the login details (I.e IP addresses used to login to my Hotmail to gather some evidence on people who hacked into my email. Please suggest / guide how can I get this data and for how long in history as my belief is that my account is under hacking for last 2 years.

I got my new Galaxy S4 a couple of weeks ago and my Outlook email account was syncing with it without a problem until recently. I just noticed I haven't received any new email on it since Sunday (three days ago), even after I manually selected the sync
button. I have checked my Outlook mailbox on my iMac and I have indeed received new mail. Does anyone know the reason for this, or can someone please let me know how to fix this?

Now I made aliases with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is secondary aliases on my primary one *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
how do I add *** Email address is removed for privacy *** *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as aliases since they are already "used" as a primary one.
(I was thinking, not tried yet, add another alias to the amahangoe@hotmail, remove the primary of amahangoe@hotmail, then add it to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ? )
Someone can confirm, or suggest a correct method, not sure if that will work... or will completely remove my email adress / alias.
Macbook laptop has Mail app that allows you to add/create email accounts. This is easily done for gmail & yahoo but not for hotmail.
You can create email accounts for all 3 BUT where gmail/yahoo allows you to access inbox & subfolders, using imap...
Hotmail or Outlook does not because it uses Pop
- you can create hotmail or outlook account but it only load the Inbox folder - none of the subfolders which exist in your normal email account.
So, is there any way to set up an Hotmail or Outlook email account onto Macbook's mail app - where you can see the Inbox, as well as other folders already in existence?
I accidentally deleted my contacts a few days ago and used the "restore deleted contacts" function on people.live.com. This restored all my contacts for outlook but my contacts on msn/skype are still missing. Since all my contacts on skype were imported
from the MSN merge I can't figure a way to re-add them. Since windows live messenger doesn't work anymore, I can't add them from there. How should I go about fixing this problem?
Both of my Outlook inboxes show 400+ email messages in the inbox, but it will not allow me to see or go beyond the 1st page. I have tried things mentioned in other posts (optimizing browser, disable add-ons, resetting internet explorer), and nothing
has worked. I can see the messages on my phone but not on my computer. I am using Outlook for e-mail and Internet Explorer 9 for a browser. Please help!
I keep getting security confirmations for an email address that is similar to my, but not mine. I now have one stating account security is to be removed and lists both emails. When I login (to chaage password as recommended) I'm expected to login with
the account that is not mine! Has this happeded to anyone else and if so what should I do? I concerned about my email account being closed if I don't respond.
