I have two-step verification enabled for my hotmail account, but recently my phone was shut off and there was no way for me to receive the code. Once my phone was turned on, I no longer had the application used and I can't remember what it was. When
trying to log onto my hotmail account I am presented with 3 means of authentication: Text, call, or use authenticator app. The text or call option are not available to me as they are grayed out. The only method I can use to gain access to my account is
the app - which I no longer have. What can I do?

I have the same problem,
i configured our domain under outlook custom domain and created email for my colleagues.
unfortunately one of them has forgot the password and i can't even reset as the domain admin.

I do not have microsoft outlook( if I had I know that I could go to contacts and fix the problem)
I had Hotmail, now outlook.
I have windows live mail.
I picture of me at the Olympics appears on every email I send, I did not set this up, wouldn't know how too, and anyway do not want that!
In simple instructions, what do I do to get rid of it please.

When I am writing an e mail it is very slow almost stopping then it will suddenly go back to the msn page
How often will I need to validate my account in order to maintain the ability to send emails... I have been asked to validate my account almost weekly so far?? Is this normal?
When I add a new contact to hotmail account, the contact is multiplying, multiplying and synchronise with windows 7,8 and phone also. If I delete the contact which i added, also showing again and again.
