Question about Outlook Express

I’m having two problems.

The first has to do with Outlook 2010 not being synchronized with the calendar at https://bay02.calendar.live.com/calendar/calendar.aspx#. Since this is not being synchronized the calendar on my telephone is not synchronized either.

The second has to do sending and receiving email with one of the three email accounts in Outlook. The send portion works with no errors returned. The receive portion returns the following two errors:

Task 'email address here' reported error (0x8004102A) : 'Error with Send/Receive.  There was an error synchronizing your folder hierarchy. Error : 800cce05.'

Task 'email address here' reported error (0x800CCE05) : 'Synchronization error.'

In the lower right hand corner of Outlook the messages Send/receive error and Limited Connectivity appear. These are present the whole time Outlook is open.

I kept sending this request trying as much as I can to be able getting it back, but I got the message of "microsoft account doesn't exist"

I sent a request to the microsoft support and it said that am gonna get a feedback in 24 hours, and I got it,

I kept trying this link many times and it worth nothing,

I really need your help getting my account back again,

I accidentally deleted some of my files from my SkyDrive folder on a linked PC. This was not a "Move to Recycle Bin" but an actual (shift) delete.

I only just realised that that action has synced with SkyDrive and now they are gone from SkyDrive and my phone as well.

Is it possible to get them back?

I need more than 50 accounts for the domain, newsathorn.com in domains.live.com. Could you please assist me to have more accounts (100 accounts) to be added. It is for teachers and staffs in my school.
