My inbox cannot receive emails. For the past couple of weeks all incoming emails have been diverted to another folder 'Loyalty Pays'. Does this mean that my account has been compromised? Are other people reading my emails? How can I reinstate my email
system so that all incoming mail enters my InBox again?
My e-mail is not syncing correctly to my ipad2. I already tried removing and adding the account. This did not help. Mail worked correctly for the last 2 years on this same Ipad and so are accounts from my wife and daughter. My account is working correctly
using windows 7 e-mail client and using web access. On the ipad the inbox is syncing but folders are not. All folders are selected for push and have no time limit. When I try to update folders I receive the message Cannot get mail, server error, contact your
server administrator
I have accidentally closed my live.com account. After I realized what happened, I managed to login back right away. But now all the emails are gone. It's an empty account. I have lost some extremely important data. How can I restore it? Please help!

My Hotmail account was hacked a few days ago. I've reset my password since, but now all emails from my known contacts are going to the Junk folder (which wasn't the case before my account got hacked). I've checked my list of safe senders, and my contacts
are in it, but emails from them are still going to Junk. What might be the problem?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Lately I have been getting junk/spam on a daily basis from a domain that ends in .blah blah blah (not the real name) but every day what precedes that changes. in other words it's like today it will be *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and then they will change everything preceding
the "." and send more junk. This is actually happening several times a day. I delete and tell the "new improved" hotmail client to block all future emails but it's no help because of the constant change. I attempted to do a wildcard but the blocker wouldn't
take it.
this is most annoying.
My email olders appear on my iphone but they are empty. Why?
My account was blocked (for no reason, mind you), and I can't sign in. The only way I can do it is either by filling out the form (which claims i have insufficient information) or by calling a temporary phone I'd used for that account, and I no longer

When I go to sign out of Windows Live Essentials email, I cannot find any log out button, anywhere. I tried clicking on profile, at the top right, but there is no option to sign out, only sign into another account. At first I just let it go, but now that
my dad has had his email account hacked, and all his emails deleted, I am very concerned.
I have tried researching it on the net, and I am seeing a lot of people asking this same question. There have been a number of suggestions, but I am not comfortable with with going into tools, accounts, and removing my account, as one person suggested.
It was also suggested I uncheck save my password. I tried that, and it still didn't work.
It is very important that I maintain security of my email, by signing out when I am not using it. It took my dad, and me, three days to re-establish his account with all his contacts. Luckily he had them backed-up on a flash drive, but I had to re-enter
them all back in by hand.

Every password recovery email I get from game sites goes there, that's a WHOLE LOT of time-consuming and expensive game accounts Outlook is jeopardising!
I've had a 'hotmail' e-mail address/account for years. The request to add security information shows a wrong e-mail address for me. They've added a number to my hotmail address. All my contacts know my address as it's been for years. I've never asked
for a new address, not do I want one. I don't mind adding a security code, but WHY does Msn show a changed e-mail address for me. I've even tried to send to that address and it comes back 'failed'.
I've been told I've got only three more days before they freeze access to my Outlook (hotmal) account. When Msn send me the demand for a new security code, they send it to my long time, current hotmail.com address. But in the instructions to add security,
they only show/allow the place to send information back to me as the new hotmail.com address where they've added a number to the what was total letters. Beginning to regret not having just gone with Google. But hope there's still time.
Any specific help on how to negotiate their "Why do I need to add security info? request, will be appreciated.
