Question about Outlook Express

Before  10 years or more i had an email account but never used even once,,, and now when i try to signin to my account which i started using it also since more than 10 years ago until now, Microsoft shows up that account which i never used instead of the account which always i use,,, and asks me the code,,,

So, they did not allow normal to login to my using account,,,

How to remove and delete that old account which i never used atall?

It never happened before,,, just newly they are doing this with me,,,

Please Remove that which i never use ( *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ),,,

As i want to use my both accounts which iam used to use both normal since that long time,,,

I have an acount on the outlook.com (email on my own domain) and use Outlook 2013 on PC. Synchonization works fine, up to a few emails. Each day I get about 50 emails, which are synchronize with Outlook 2013 corectly. But about 2 - 5 email I cannot find in the Outlook 2013. I see them only on website - Outlook.com.

I have tried another clients, and there is same problem. Those few emails I don´t see on the phone (WP8 - Microsoft email client), Outlook 2010 (another PC), etc. This is not problem with SPAM, I have check all "safe senders" and "safe domains".

I have to those emails send from outlook.com - from my email adress to my email adress. After that, I get new email in Inbox and I see my Forwarded email in Outlook.com and Outlook 2013 corectly.

Any ideas what is wrong?
