i want to change my security question because some one tried twice to change my password due to week security question...i tried the way explaind in comunity but i couldnt find the options.

Not Receiving Email

For the past week I am not receiving any email in my outlook.com account. I am able to send mail, but do not receive anything. I have read previous similar posts and have tried and checked the following:

 

1) Tried different computers and mobile devices and not receiving mail on any of them.

2) Tried different browsers and still not receiving email.

3) Cleared cash and cookies.

4) Checked spam filters and junk mailbox.

5) Checked that there is no mail forwarding active.

6) Checked blocked sender list.

 

When sending an email from my work email to this account I receive an "Undeliverable" reply.

Switching between accounts alternative

I was such a happy hotmail customer. Every time I met a new client I would recommend hotmail. I had 4 accounts that I utilize throughout the day and I could seemlessly switch between accounts, review saved emails, and I could keep my bz & life well organized... I was a happy camper for years!!!! Now I can't access saved emails (which I frequently need to do) or switch between accounts. I am forced to log out of one account to view another; the system will not let me keep individual windows open with the multiple accounts. Life is supposed to get better with technology, this has been a hardship. Any suggestions? How can I keep my addresses and go somewhere else? I have contacted MS & Outlook several times, but no one has contacted me. HELP

New outlook.com email address created from live.com “Account aliases” doesn’t work

On the page https://account.live.com/Names/Manage I chose "Add alias".

I then chose "Create a new email address and add it as an alias".

And created an outlook.com email address.

This has never worked. When I go to outlook.com I get the error:

There's a problem with signing you in
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.

My movie randomly freezes (like it is buffering) when played?

Movie images & audio randomly freeze (like they are buffering) during playback.   After each momentary pause normal play will then continue.  How can this problem be fixed?

windows stops working

Help please-  When sending a e-mail on my Hot mail acct writing page, I try to attach a file or pic from SkyDrive or from any where else on my computer, and immediately I get a message saying that Windows has quit working and get thrown off  off my Hotmail..What is up with this and is there any way to fix it..Thank you and awaiting your reply...Dave

Lost access to email when changing from Hotmail to Outlook (as requested)

I am writing this request for a friend. He is 65 years old, and disabled (only has the use of one hand).  He logged in to his old Hotmail account
and it requested that he change the account to Outlook.  He did this. At the same time he changed is log in id slightly and it asked that he change the password to include upper case letters (very difficult with one hand).  Now, he can not log in at all.  Gets a blank page. He has no other way to communicate with you except via telephone. Could you please reply to me and open a private thread so that I can send you his info for contact. We are 1500 miles apart, so I can not be there to log in to my account on his computer.

My ex girlfriend is using my account

Hi,

 

My ex girlfriend has blocked me out of my account, she has set the emails for password recovery to hers and her phone number. The security info i used to use to get in wont work anymore as she must have changed it all in my account. I have tried to contact microsoft a million times but i cant find anything at all.

 

I really need help because she could be sending emails from me!!

 

If you can help and she has changed the info and cant verify its me i am in the Isle of Man and she has gone back to England so will be accessing my account from there can you please do something to stop this girl doing anymore damage please?

 

Someone please help me?

 

Also i have filled out another form and because i am having to use my mums email address because i cant get into mine when i try and look at the link for the support site i get the message -

Hotmail alias not working with craigslist messaging system

I have a Hotmail address (which MS converted to Outlook account, but I still sign-in with Hotmail address). I use IE and Win 7. I notice that craigslist messaging system (masking the actual email addresses) does not work correctly with Hotmail aliases. I used an alias as my craigslist account email address, but the craigslist messages went into my primary address in-box and showed addressed to my primary address instead of my alias and my Hotmail/Outlook folder designated for the alias that I used with my craigslist account. But the Amazon.com messaging system (also masking the actual email addresses) works correctly with Hotmail aliases. Also, when I send an email reply to someone else on craigslist, I'm not sure if they see my actual email address or the masked address of the craigslist messaging system. (I don't think there are any real techs at craigslist to answer such questions, so I thought someone on the MS forum might have some insight about this issue.) This isn't a major concern. I doubt that I'll use craigslist much. It looks sort of primitive and feels clunky to use.
