What happened to my Husbands email account that was an option with my email account?  Also, I hate the Qutlook!  I can not send an attachment in an email, without it saying that there is a problem and must close.  Help!   Thinking it's time for a change of Internet providers.  Been with MSN for over 14 years and it is getting worse everyday!

Since the hotmail to outlook switch, all my emails and folders have gone. Where are they? I have tried the recover deleted emails.

Cannot Open Attachments

I cannot open attachments in Windows Mail.  My operating system is Windows Vista.  Up until about a month ago I was able to open attachments with out a problem.  In June I downloaded the PC Cleaners program,  this program is no longer on my system and I am assuming this program had something to do with not being able to open attachments but after removing the program I am still unable to open attachments.  I can open the attachments on the Web Server but not in my Windows Mail.  Can someone help?

Unable to use my Outlook.com email account

I recently changed my laptop to one using Windows 8. I began to use my Outlook.com account for some email while still using Outlook 2007 as my primary email client. 

Shortly after starting to use Outlook.com on Win 8, I was presented with a request to enable two factor identification. I suspect I made a mess of this process as I am now not able to get into my Outlook.com email using my email address and the original password I set when I transferred from Hotmail. 

As far as I know, I have not defined any other passwords. Can someone please advise me how I can get back into my account? Many thanks, John

All my emails since before 2004 have been deleted from my hotmail account. How do I get them back?

I have had over 1000 emails on my hotmail account from before 2004 and they contained quite a lot of passwords, contacts and notices from communities I've been involved in.

Given that I cannot sign into my Live Messenger without it trying to overwrite my current Skype (with an OLDER version than I have), I have not checked my email in a couple of years. Most of my messages are facebook as well and I check that online.

I received no warning email to my backup email address to warn me of Hotmail becoming inactive, or that my messages would be deleted.

There is a lot of vital information in the archived emails I lost and I would like them back. Can someone from hotmail please sort this out?

Windows live mail calendar updating going crazy and cannot recieve hotmail

Beginning today, my Windows Live Mail began acting crazy, blinking and not doing any updating at all and stopping me from getting into my hotmail account.  Should I uninstall and get another email program?  This is ridiculous.

how do get my acct. to open in my inbox? It opens to a previous sent letter

Even if I log  out on my PC  when I log back in I go to a previous sent email. This also happens with my FB acct it goes into messages.

haven't got an email on this account for several days except the one you just sent with a code to unblock my other account. 
has this one been blocked too? if its unblocked now, how do I get all the missing emails?
