Can  I tell it where to go after reading, deleting or sending emails.  For instance after reading an email it always goes to the next e-mail. Can you make it go back to main folder that lists all emails?
I am really starting to have a headache from all the email changing that has happened over the past few years.  Hotmail then Windows Live Mail and now Outlook.  Where does it all stop.  I really like Windows Live I just want to be able to save my emails and folders to the external hard drive.
I had two Hotmail accounts: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** & *** Email address is removed for privacy ***! *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is my main one that I use, but now I have lost *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that I use for business & misc. This is the one I have lost. I even use it for when I lose password etc. so MSN can send new password. I can't even change that to another email address. All I can say is that Outlook has screwed up everything!

I tried to send a lot of pictures...too many. it couldn't go through because it was too large. now every time I open my mail that message tries to get sent, preventing anything else from happening in the program.

how can I get the program to abandon the task, or even find the oversized message and delete it?

sincerely,

mike the luddite

Someone sends out emails containing viruses to all my contacts. It happened for the first time last Monday and I've changed password since then. Then it happened again yesterday. These emails are not appearing on my sent mail, and the only way I know about it is when someone on my contact list replies to me with a warning that my account might have been hacked. Microsoft please help!
Sincerely,
Vera
I'm using windows live which is linked to my gmail account. I am sending an email and pasting a file from "Open Office". I click paste and nothing happens. I was using gmail and it worked fine. I need now to go thru Windows Live and pasting does nothing. I do not want to attach the file. That is not an option. I need the recipient to open the email and see the info. Thanks for your help

I urgently need access to my hotmail account, but it is saying it doesn't exist. I've tried recreating the email and it is saying that it does already exist.

I need to get into the account to receive an important email. Can someone please help?

Emails to my live.com account are bouncing! One or two gets through per day, but 99 percent do not. My Outlook calendar notifications hit my inbox. I just sent a windows Phone email and it got through. But just about all others bounce. This happened suddenly. Phone, PC, laptop, iPad, doesn't matter which inbox I'm using--the emails don't make it to my inbox. Help! This is my business email. It's been happening for a week, ever since I got an error message on my PC (Outlook 2010). It said there was an error in my email account file (it wasn't a .pst, but maybe .ast?) and it said it needed to repair it. I clicked "repair" or "Okay" and was notified that the repair was successful. But that's when people started telling me their emails were bouncing and my inbox got VERY quiet... My PC has been off for five days while I'm traveling, but the problem persists. People are telling me my emails are bouncing.

New info: I forgot that a couple of days ago I received an email from Oulook.com telling me that my email account's size was "expanding too rapidly." I should delete messages or store large files on SkyDrive." I do not store large attachments on my email account; I pay for 100GB of  SkyDrive so I have no need to do that. I did delete a bunch of unneeded marketing email newsletters, but it hasn't helped. Also, the Outlook.com email said they had increased the size of my account. So if I, and they, have taken these measures, why are people sending me email still getting bounces?

Here's technical info from a just-bounced message:

Reporting-MTA: dns;SNT0-MC3-F9.Snt0.hotmail.com
Received-From-MTA: dns;blu0-omc3-s4.blu0.hotmail.com
Arrival-Date: Sat, 10 Aug 2013 09:09:13 -0700

Final-Recipient: rfc822;Alan.j at live dot com
Action: failed
Status: 5.2.2
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;552 5.2.2 This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again.

Note: this was a 1kb message and there were NO attachments. It was a test message someone sent so that I could obtain the error code. (On the "Final-Recipient" line above, I altered my email address by replacing @ and . to prevent bots from grabbing it.)

When I save a windows live mail email as an email file, I am unable  to open it in windows live mail. it requires me to open it in outlook which is not on my computer. How can I open my saved file in windows live mail?

In my Windows Live Mail,  about 50% of my incoming mails  are tagged as SPAM.  This begun and continues over the past months,. How  can I eliminate the spam tagging?
