I had an e-mail account with MyDomain.com, I terminated my account with them and set up a g mail account a over a year ago, just found out that when people receive e-mail from me the reply is to the old my domain address? I deleted the new g-mail and opened it again, still the same thing ! What am I doing wrong!  What can I do to correct this!

I wish to copy e-mails, which include videos, from Windows Live to my HDD.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

On the calendar when I put in an occassion I cannot get the reminder to work. It used to but all of a sudden I have lost all the dates to be remined of, gone

[Moved from feedback]

for over 2 weeks now i cannot send/receive messages using windows live mail 2012.

the following error message is shown:

" Unable to send or receive messages for the ... account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003 "

i read several users with similar problems, and tried different ways to recover and fix the issue, but nothing worked.

at first it was the issue of being stuck in "updating calendar". then i found a way to solve this by changing the name of the calendar folder and messing with the windows time.

i uninstalled and reinstalled live essentials.

i removed and re-added my hotmail account in windows live mail.

other email accounts work fine in wlm.

no changes had been made to my internet setup.

i did clear cache and temporary internet files.

i am using skype, now signed in via my microsoft account (if that makes a difference - but i had been using this before the problem started).

i am using a blackberry smartphone that is set up to receive hotmail emails - thats relatively new, but also, happened before the problems started.

please help!

thank you!

UPDATE: i did a system restore (windows 7) and this seems to have solved the problem. but im afraid to click on calendar in wlm, because i dont want to be stuck in "updating calendar" again...but as far as emails, it works.

I upgraded my Win7 laptop about a month ago to Win8. Windows Live Mail worked fine with all my accounts at first.

About 3 days ago -  12/31/2012 to be specific - numerous Microsoft updates were applied for 3 consecutive days. Now my Windows Live Mail won't send or receive anymore using my ISP account. Here is the error I get:

Unable to send or receive messages for the XXXXX account. The connection to the server has failed.

Server: 'pop.ipower.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10013

Note that it worked fine prior to the updates. I went to do a system restore to  Jan 1,  2013 and was told that the restore set by Windows Update was defective. So now I am stuck with a laptop that can send/receive emails, without any way to restore it  - short of a complete clean reinstall.

Also note that I haven't changed any setting AND with a Windows 7 computer set up the same way, it works just fine - the SAME email account there sends/receives with no errors. So I know it is not the ipower server.

Any suggestions what I can do to restore my email to a functioning state? Thanks.

Cet adresse etait il y a quelques année l'adresse de securité pour recuperer mon mot de passe  Aidez moi svp !!! merci
I have Window 7 with Windows Live 2011 installed and everything worked fine. Just recently my email with pictures will not upload.
I had Bell, Canada go into my computer twice to make sure all is set up correctly and was told that it is a Microsoft problem
Wat is happening, sometimes a simple e mail will go out ok, but nothing with pictures.
Sometimes the complete Windows Live gets stuck and I have to reboot.
When I use Bell mail , hotmail all works fine. Can you help?

When I try to retrieve messages while in Windows Live, I get error messages saying that my e-mail is invalid.  I can get the messages, however, I cannot save, delete or "sent" is not saved.  I can do everything through my server's website, but I like to use Windows Live to save, delete and retrieve.  Someone worked on my computer recently and messed with my Windows Live.  I cannot get it back to normal now.

My server is IMAP, the Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail and the Ports I have.  Can  you  help?

hi guys

I normally use Outlook but recently downloaded Windows Live Mail onto a PC I don't need to buy Outlook for. Does it have the equivalent of the "Outlook Today" Screen? If so, how do I turn it on?

Regards,

Graham

I have a lot of mwssages in my inbox and would like to be able to glance somewhere to see the exact number regularly.  I am sure I could do this with Windows XP and probably am being a bit thick not knowing how to see in Windows Live Mail......
Thanks
