using mail do not know how to delete contents at once retaining the folder to catch later junk mail

How do I use mail, new to this having trouble emptying contents of junk mail folder instead of doing each message at a time, very time consuming, I'm older and don't have that much time, grin.    Can one fill up the screen with e mail instead of two other columns in the way ?

How to get back Home page as default in WLM?

Whilst "Home" has always been the default when I visit Windows Live Mail, I now have to click the blue square to the left of Home in order to get the home page. Would appreciate advice as how to get the Home page when I visit WLM. Thanks in advance. John.

lost emails in folders

When I create a file and put emails into that file, they seem to disappear.  How can I prevent that? How does the compact email work?

I have a few Questions to ask about windows 7 and windows 8

 

Am on windows 7 home premium an di has to use windows live mail client(Witch I don't like cause it's old 2012 released) anways

 

Question 1. For the people that are still on windows XP Vista And 7 are We gonna get a windows essential 2013 or 2014 With Outlook from windows 8 on to other version of windows(Vista and 7

 

Question 2.  is Microsoft planning on releasing it for other versions of windows (vista and 7) ?

 

or are we gonna be stuck with windows Live stuff still we are force or has to Upgrade to windows 8 ?

Live Mail staying offline

Since the last update, Windows Live Mail will NOT go online regardless of what I do while it is open.  If I send myself an email for testing, and then close Live Mail it will ask if I want to send it, ask if I want to go online and it will connect just to send that one email.  HELP!!

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium and I want to get my Hotmail/Outlook emails automatically sent to my Windows Live Mail inbox.   How can I set this up?
