Windows Live Mail 2012 Spelling

I have installed 3 languages in the spelling tab: English, Ukrainian and Russian. The default one is English (United States). I don't want to check "Check my spelling as I type" because I use words from different languages in the same text. But the Spelling button has been permanently greyed out. How can I get it working?

hi all, i was wondering if someone can help me with my domain email.  I bought a domain from godaddy and want to use windows live mail to create a email under my domain.  i followed the directions and my service is active.  I am able to log into my new account (eg: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and able to send emails out.  but i cannot receive emails.  the sender will get a unable to deliver to that address.  please help thank you in advance

Unable to receive Windows Live Mail

I am again having a problem with receiving Windows Live Mail.  I have not received any email since early December and I have tried adding and removing my accounts several times without any luck.


I would like to continue using Windows Live Mail because it allows me to scroll through my entire inbox, which has quite a lot of email and I also have a more complete editing taskbar.


Can you please tell me how I can get this problem fixed?  Thanks very much.

I continue to get a pop up box indicating a TASK that they are sending two messages using my email address and the STATUS shows that they are executing. However, the screen is frozen and  indicates that there are no errors. When I close out of this screen and try to start Windows Live Mail, I get the same message.  How do I correct this problem so that I can download new messages and delete old ones?  Thanks for your help. Cannot connect to IMAP after update to Windows Essentials 2012 – 800ccc0e error

I had been using Windows Live Mail 2011 for a while now with several IMAP accounts, and I had no difficulties on my computer. I updated to WE 2012 this morning, and now I get the error 800ccc0e when trying to connect. Before you try to say its' a provider issue, please note - it was working fine with 2011, and now it doesn't with 2012. Nothing else changed. I didn't change server settings, I didn't add or remove anything to the email settings.

I even tried setting up a new account with identical settings, and it failed.

There is an issue with the upgrade, as I have another computer that I previously installed WE2012 on and it works fine. It is only on this upgrade computer. Before trying an uninstall-reinstall, I want to know if there is something else that needs to be configured.

I have also started getting errors on my Live account, 80048820. Again, the only change was an update to WE2012 from WE2011. So it's not just my IMAP provider.

I have had a hard disc failure and am having to rebuild my content on its replacement.
I have not been able to automatically restore the fairly extensive set of Storage Folders which were supposedly stored on the disc and in my in my backup.

Where should I look in the back up to find them so that I can transfer them manually.

I got a new pc on 12/20 & it came w/ windows live mail. I am 80 yrs old & a totally disabled Korean War Vet. The only problem I am having w/ the program is when I get an email, like a Christmas card w/ pics & I fwd it the pics are not rec'd. I don't want to change the program as some suggested, but how do you fwd the email w/ the pics in it.                         Thanks
