I have gone into My Computer, Programs, and tried fixing Windows Essentials. I have deleted old emails and rebooted, etc. I have tried turning off my Avast anti-virus software and have changed both the servers and ports while trouble shooting with Time Warner. Below is a copy of the error message I receive when I try to send an email from any of the accounts in Live Mail.
The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***', please contact your email service provider.

I would greatly appreciate help in resolving this issue.
Thank you!
When I was using Windows Live Mail today, all of a sudden the send/receive stopped working.
I get this in a popup:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (********) account.
Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001
There are no messages stuck in my Outbox.
I have not tried all the troubleshooting steps that I've seen on these forums yet, because I see several messages where Microsoft says give me your address and I'll check it out on our end. So I'd like to ask y'all to do that first.
I have multiple (4) email addresses which I access via Windows Live Mail. However emails do not delete on exit even though the required box is marked in "maintenance".
Any suggestions?
