I am unable to send emails from any of my sub accounts in Windows Live Mail 2011.  Had been working fine for years.  Spent hours with Time Warner today only for them to finally tell me that it is a Live Mail issue.  I can log onto their website and send/receive mail fine.  I can do the same from my I-Phone.

I have gone into My Computer, Programs, and tried fixing Windows Essentials.  I have deleted old emails and rebooted, etc.  I have tried turning off my Avast anti-virus software and have changed both the servers and ports while trouble shooting with Time Warner.  Below is a copy of the error message I receive when I try to send an email from any of the accounts in Live Mail.

The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***', please contact your email service provider.

I would greatly appreciate help in resolving this issue.
