In windows Live Mail I am unable to see the mails that I have sent, they are not seen in my sent folder.

This of course is confusing as it is easy to forget to whom one has written to.

I have Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail 11.

When I try to open my Windows Live Mail, I got this message from "wimail.exe - System Error":

"The program can't start because WLD Code.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, but it didn't fix the problem.

Message says: Windows Live Mail could not be started.  The application was unable to open the Windows Live Mail mailbox data is currently being used by another program, such as a virus scanner.  Close the program or wait for it to complete its operation, then open Windows Live Mail again (0x800C0155).  I have Windows 8.  I have re-booted the machine multiple time, turned off anti-virus, etc.  Can't get past this message.  Previously it was working fine.
Anybody knows how to change the default location of e-mail files.
I'm using Windows Live Essentials 2012 on Windows 7 x86 OS

When trying to check my 'Windows Live Mail' account Inbox - the emails cant be recieved.

2 days ago I couldn't receive or send but now can send but not receive.

The only thing done before this problem was that I got an update for Windows Security

so I did that.

When I check my Hotmail account all is ok for sending & receiving. I can veiw all incoming

& all outgoing emails that I would normally see in 'Windows Live Mail'.

Really hope you can help me, I don't like not being able to sort it out But I am a newcomer

to this sort of stuff.

The following error report says -

Server Error: 4402

Server: 'http://mail.services.

live.com/Delta Sync_

v 2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID 0x8DE00002

I had a look at 'recent messages for my computer' & found that 'There are problems on my computer that have not yet been reported to Microsoft'

When I opened up to see what they were 'View problems to report' it says that

Windows Live Mail / Explorer /Diagnostics / had all tried to find issue with no success.

It does say that 'System Maintenance' does need Action Needed so I have Performed system maintenance!

Still have problems! Today went to turn on & nothing happened! It did system check  .  .  .

Now every time I turn off by logging off 1st I CANT TURN ON WITHOUT DOING AUTO SYSTEM CHECK AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN! THIS IS NOW BECOMING A BIG PROBLEM & I STILL CANT RECEIVE EMAILS

ON MY WINDOWS LIVE MAIL ACCOUNT.

iS THERE SOMETHING ON THE RECENT SECURITY UPDATES OR THE RECENT ESSENTIALS & OUTLOOK UPDATES THAT COULD BE CAUSING THESE ISSUES?

WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME HELP please refer to earlier ERROR detais.

I live outside city & need to haave communication via EMAILS etc   .   .   . THANKYOU

For some reason, there is no Outbox in my Windows Live mail.  I have a file that is too large to send and it's stuck.  I cannot delete it from the 'sending window' and of course there is no Outbox from where I can delete it.  Please help!

I am currently using Windows Live Mail, and like it. However, I'm leary of using software that does not have a support committment from the vendor. There seems to be no forum for Live Mail users. In fact, this forum has a heading for 'Hotmail and Skydrive".  Can anyone at Microsoft explain why this nice piece of software is such an orphan?

Thanks.

I have exported my windows live mails contact as CSV file and saved it ok but I can't export all the information.

In the check list for what to export for example birthday isn't listed yet it is in the contact details.

Is there a way to export more fields than those listed?

I have Windows 7 and am trying to get Windows Live Mail.  It keeps telling me it has installed wrong and then I cannot move on.
