How do I export my Inbox on Windows Live Mail? Following the instructions on Windows.Microsoft website results in only the first e-mail being exported!
I have lost a considerable amount of important data due to this problem. Am considering using another mail account. This happens whenever I get a windows or other updates that require a re-start.
The message I get is : Windows Live Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open WLM message store. WLM was unable to locate its message database. If youve moved the database files to a new location click OK to reset the database path to that location. Otherwise click cancel to proceed. Any existing messages found will be available under Orphaned Accounts. (0x.000000000.2)
When I press OK - I lose all messages, folders etc. When I press cancel the message I get is:
WLM could not be started. The applicatiom was unable to opem WLM message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full (0x8000FFFF.1400).
Neither am I out of memory nor am I using a disk therefore it is not full.

I am familiar with sending E-mails to about 20 people at one time, or maybe just 5 or less at one time. In using Windows Mail, it was an easy thing to bring up contacs, scroll down list and check on those I wanted, and see them listed on the To line. Made it easy to make sure I didn't leave someone out. When I was Secretary of a club, it was a simple matter of putting all club member's email addresses in a group, but now it's just having list of friends and relatives. Group listing wouldn't help. Looking at Windows Live Mail on computer screen I'm still figuring out how to do things. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
