Within the last couple of weeks, I have noticed that when I send a message to At&t text service, I get a reply that says unable to send for the past 4 hours, will keep trying until message is 5 days old.  I can send them thru Hotmail and they go right thru.  I can also send them thru the centuryel portal page and they go right thru.  This only appears to be with At&t going thru windows live mail on my CenturyTel account.  Other cellular texting messages appear to work just fine, example Verizon.  Here is an example of a return mail.

I have a new laptop running on Windows 8, with Windows Live Mail 2012 installed. I used it smoothly for few months without problem; until now, where the pop-up shows:
“Windows live Mail could not be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of Memory. “

The disk is not full, as it’s a new computer.  Please advise what to do and how do I still read the old downloaded mail.
Many Thanks.
I have a persistent problem with Windows Live Mail. It works OK for a while, but intermittently after send/receive, the send/receive dialogue box says "Not Connected" and WLM locks up. I have to restart the PC to get back onto email. I'm running Windows 7, Windows Live Essentials 2012 and IE 9.  Help?!

I use Windows 8 with Windows Live Essentials (Windows Live Mail) and I have a Hotmail account.  Currently I am unable to send or receive messages.

What I would like to know is if there is a Microsoft software that I can download to achieve the conversion to Outlook. Would there be a need to update my Internet Explorer 10 as well?

I'm using Windows Live Mail (from Windows Live Essentials) in Windows 7 x64, this month I found I cannot type Chinese in the mail body. I can type Chinese in the contact or search box, etc., but I just failed when I'm editing the body of mail.

Hi all,

I'm here to post about the following issue I posted last year:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/sync/skydrive-groups-group-email-causes-duplicate/37f85ce2-db6f-473e-b708-f377ba468140

However, I have made my own investigations:

First off, the duplicate emails do not appear in the Outlook.com web interface. It only appears in email clients - Windows Phone, Windows 8 Mail app, Windows Live Mail, etc. I downloaded and installed Windows Live Mail from the Live Essentials pack and used that to extract the message source of the duplicated emails.

As the emails probably have some identifying information (mainly email addresses), I will wait for a forum moderator to privately post information.

I have a hypothesis that it might be due to having email forwarding enabled, and somehow because of the way group emails show who the email is from, it's appearing twice in my mailbox? My primary address is an Outlook.com account, with all mail being forwarded to a Gmail account (for backup), however, one of the two duplicate emails contains Gmail information, including some Gmail authentication keys. (Note: I do not know how to read email headers.)

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey, I try to configure my new laptop (Windows 8). On my old one I used Windows Live Mail and had no problems with this program. So I want this on my new one, too. But every time I want to install it I get the message: OnCatalogResult 0x80280007 and I have to uninstall the later version.
At first I tried "Uninstall a program". After removing every data connected with Windows Live I tried to install it again. Same message. I went through my folders and delete that one with the name "Windows Live". And again same message. I have no idea where can be more data.
After that I decided to install the newest Windows Live Mail via Windows Live Essential. But when I had to choose which program I want to install I could only choose update your WLM.

What can I do, to get WLM 2009 on my computer? Please help me.
