I am running Windows 8 with Windows Live Mail.

Lately, why am I getting some of my email (about 25% of them) in: MIME format -- they are all text in the message body with the words jumbled up. There are no images, just all text. I cannot read any of the text.

The other 75% of my emails are OK. Within the message body the images show also.

This is only on my desktop Windows 8.

The start screen mail which also has Windows Live mail, every email is perfect.

Thank you,

 Newby-01

This error message is showing up again?  What is it pointing at and what do I need to do to clear the error message and get my mail?

Maybe Windows Live Mail does not like Windows 8?  I do not have this problem with my Windows 7 PC.

I have a new laptop running on Windows 8, with Windows Live Mail 2012 installed. I used it smoothly without problem till now, where the pop-up shows:

“Windows live Mail could not be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of Memory. “

The disk is not full, as it’s a new computer.  Please advise what to do and how do I still read the old downloaded mail. Thanks.

I am getting the following error message when trying to get my email account set up on Windows Live Mail - does anyone know if I can resolve this? My laptop is brand new so it doesnt have a huge amount on it, so Id be suprised if there is not enough memory,

Unable to send or receive messages for the Doctors.org (drobinson85) account. Header download for the 'Drafts' folder did not complete. PLAIN authentication failed. None of the authentication methods supported by your IMAP server (if any) are supported on this computer.

Server Response: Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.

a large number of emails my wife gets on her account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) come through marked (spam).  Also when she sends emails her reciepients get them marked spam.
In subject post I am lost at your first statement: "Open Windows Live Mail".   Do you mean Windows live mail that you access through your browser, or do you mean Windows Live Mail that you access from Windows Outlook.  They are different.  What I do in Outlook is not what I see in Windows Live Mail when I go through my browser. My folders are different in browser accessed Live mail because I establish them in Outlook accessed Live Mail........ I'm confused.  Can someone tell me what's going on?  I'm simply trying to get a new live email account with a different email address/name.  If I use Outlook, I can't add an account unless it exists.  Do I first establish it in Windows Live Mail through my browser, then put it in Outlook?  Something this easy shouldn't be so hard!!
Please do on your end what is needed so I can then carry out your instructions for my end.
Thanks,
Carl
