unable to open my MSN inbox for the last three weeks?. please help

    To Whon it May concern,

 

(1)    Unable  to open my MSN inbox for the last three weeks. I clicked the inbox, it does not open. Please help.

(2)    Tried to set up my MICROSOFT EMAIL ACCOUNTS IN OUTLOOK.COM with WINDOWS LIVE MAIL and having SERVER POP3 PROBLEM:

        " WINDOWS LIVE MAIL ERROR ID: 0X800CCC0D

           PROTOCOL POP3

           PORT 995

           SECURE (SSL): YES

           SOCKET ERROR 1104

 

          PLease help on the above mentioned issue.

when i delete my outlook mail, it is deleted at the same time in my msn acoount. how can i delete the mail in the outlook inbox without having it deleted in my msn inbox?

i thought i lost all my e-mails in my msn inbox but i was able to send it from trash to my inbox but this is very frustrating. i want to delete e-mails from outlook. i should not have to go through all this every time. i would appreciate it if someone can help me with this problem.
