Since February 7, I have not been able to get my live.com email on my Windows 8 phone.  I get the following message:

"We're having a problem syncing your information. Try again later.  Error Code:  80C805E2"

Please help!!
I was given a new Windows 8 phone at my company. Our company recently switched from Blackberries to Windows Phones. So far I like the phone, but I cannot sign in to download apps, updates, or do ANYTHING, because every time I try to sign in I'm told that I don't have parent's permission to do so.

I'm guessing I entered the wrong birth year by mistake when I first signed up. This was an HONEST mistake and I want to fix it, but I can't even enter my account to correct the birth date.

So, I decided that I will create another account on my phone and use that instead. Turns out I can't do that either since the username on the phone's Microsoft account CANNOT BE CHANGED...unless I reformat the phone or something. I don't want to do that because I want to keep my contacts, messages, etc

So naturally I came on this website to find a solution. I tried to ask a question in the forum. Guess what? I COULDN'T DO THAT EITHER!!! Why? Because I need to sign in to my damn Microsoft account, WHICH I CANNOT DO.

I created another account here just to be able to ask this stupid question, which there should be an easy solution for that I can find online and fix the problem myself, but there is no such thing.

I would like someone from Microsoft to help me fix this problem. Otherwise, I am going to ask my boss to no longer do business with Nokia Windows phones and return to using Blackberries. This is such a trivial problem that should be easily fixed, but I'm having so much trouble with it.

Someone please help me with this?

These threads are all locked from what I can see, so I'm starting my own.

I have a Windows 8 Phone, a Windows 8.1 Desktop, a Windows 8.1 Laptop, a Surface RT and a Surface Pro.

My Outlook 2013 is reporting I have too many devices.  I've gone to the KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2802703/en-us and I've filled out the form a couple of times, but no 24 hour reply (I just filled it out again).  Yes, I understand about spam filtering and junk folder.

I do not have an excessive amount of folders.

I'm syncing all my Hotmail on my desktop and my laptop.  I'm only syncing a few days on the other devices.

I've removed my outlook 2013 account from my desktop and my laptop.  Please reset my sync device count.

It's sad that this is an issue without better support.  If we can only sync x number of devices, then don't let x+1 connect.  Give us the ability to see how many devices we have (we used to be able to see individual trusted devices, but now it's hidden and your only option is to delete all of them and start from scratch.  That's ridiculous.  Bring back the device by device management of 2010-2011 that Hotmail used to support.

Please reset the number of devices on my outlook sync.  My email is @live.com domain if that helps.

Thank you.
